Holla muchachans!!!
Had to make a separate diary for these fems, otherwise it would become very confusing, for me, with the autos bla bla bla
For those who don't know, a landrace nutter, I love checking out original strains from all over the world. Yes these autos are very fun and fast, but they lack the mojo of the landraces, in my very humble opinion.
So, yeah, only ph water for these two, after two weeks they'll get some nutrients.
BRAZIL AMAZONIA - WORLD OF SEEDS
A Brazilian strain from the heart of the Amazonian rainforest. Very vigorous and leafy, Brazil Amazonia grows wild in the jungle where indigenous tribes use it in many ways, including to alleviate all kinds of pain, including childbirth. A potent Sativa effect initially that becomes more sedative as time passes. A bittersweet, fruity aroma and taste, she produces enormous, stem-bending buds.
MALAWI GOLD - LINEAGE SEEDS
Malawi gold strain has to be one of the greatest old skool sativa strains on earth, and one of the worlds most powerful sativas. Malawi gold originated from Africa and is believed that Arab traders brought the first seeds to this area in the 15th century or before. This beautiful sativa grows tall and strong that produces resin covered buds, and gives of a pineapple, lemon and spicy aroma and a long lasting sativa high. This is a truly remarkable strain and should be tried by all.
ZAU!!! Malawi sprouted way later then the Brazil. The later is streching yes, she has reached 5cm in just a couple of days, gonna pump up the lights.
No nutrients for now...just PH water, TAKE IT EASY GODAMNIT!!!!!!!!!!

Hello? Just topped the babers! Humm, those autos are gonna have at least 7 more weeks in the oven, by then these ladies will be big and full of power, better to top them and control their height!!! I would like to do some LST, but hey, no space, no time, no patience!!!!! I'm a father of a bunch of kids trying to win a nobel prize in peace!!! I need to chose my priorities!!!!
Giving them those nutrients, pay attention now!!! Silica is fed alone!!! Some guru decided to give me his unwanted opinion, about silica cancelling other nutrients, so I called Bolsonaro and he said the poser guru was right!
Now now, everytime I hike up those nutrients doses, I do a small flush with GHE FLORAKLEEN!!!!!! Why? My grandmother told me so.
Enjoy!

Me again, hello?
Everything is going, going!! Brazilian, very bushy ihhiihih no waxing for her please!! Already took two clones from her, I have some autos leaving the tent soon...so....
Malawi Gold humm mixed feelings with her, but she is growing ok, also took two clones from her, she dealt well with the cut!!
I'm gone, bye!
Yoo...
The girls are doing well, Brazil always more healthy then Malawi. Malawi is showing some nutrient burn, so I have been just giving her water with CalMag. She looks like shit because I was taking more clones from her, but usually she doesn't look that well, and to be honest I don't think she likes being to close with other plants. Deal with it!!
The first set of clones, two from Malawi and other two from Brazil were taken on the 13th and Brazil has rooted 6 days later, Malawi clones not even one root :( so, thats why i took two more clones from the extra topping I did. She is getting a bit too big and she has still a long walk ahead of her.
See ya!!!
Jap Jap!!!
Uff runing out of space, the girls want to get big...sativas! I've topped the girls twice but they bounce back quite fast.
Decided to give only water for a few days and the leaves became a bit bronzish...lack of calcium, so went to back to the nutrient recomended dosage, at least for Brazil. Malawi only gets half the dose. She is very resentfull, my aunt!
Zau, I'm gone!!!
Brazil = Bush / Big bush...it's a bushy plant
Malawi getting better...been spraying her with cal mag...lowered temps, better results, still complaining about lack of space.
When autos are out, repot them, and boom flower...
Byee
Last week on their tiny pots! I have two pots 4lt from Gronest waiting for them.
Those autos will be ready in a couple of weeks, so I will re-pot them do some LST and then put them back in the tent. Due to autos I have had the RH around 45%, but if I want a succsessfull re-poting I need those values higher.
And thats that, my plan is to go 12/12 in the 1st of December
Hello?
Hello?
well well well so nice to see my babes in their big boy vases :) Malawi Gold got the 6lt vase and the Brazil Amazonia got the 11lt vase ihihihihihih I'm under the feeling Brazil will give me better results, who knows? Somebody does :)
Very easy to repot them. Malawi got some repot shock, went mega droopy but she seems kinda better know, Brazil just breeze through LOL what a plant!!
They will be in a provisory tent until the autos are gone, then I will SROG the best I can, I know they are kinda old from LST and SCROG but those top branches are quiet flexible, so lets see, besides I have my garndmother helping :)
See ya......
Yikes 😬 these girls got BIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGG. After one week of re poting they just exploded, even the trunk got wider. What the f**?? I have repoted a few plants but never saw this kind of re-bounce in such a short time. Wow, I'm very impressed, I hope they won't get that much bigger when flowering, otherwise I'm will run out of space.
As you can see, they are still bendy, I did the best I could with that SCROG, it looks messy, but that net its not the best, the space is small and I'm not the most patient person, sorry.
They are very squashed when I took the picture, I'm gonna wait one day for them to get those tops straight and then 48 hours of darkness and then 12.12 my friends, hopefully I will reach harvest mid February...we'll see we'll see :)
Hello growers.
First week of flowering and everything is going pretty well.
I keep on bending and tucking those branches, exposing good bud sites to the light. For such a late stage both plants are very bendy and they bounce back very very fast.
Under the net I keep a moderate defoliation or lollipopping, removed possible bud sites that would never cross above the net and some yellow old leaves. RH dropped slightly since the lollipopping and both plants started to consume much more water.
As you can see in the pictures both plants are showing their first pistils, which is very good since they have precisely 7 days of 12/12, and usually plants can take 10 to 15 days to do so.
I'm very impressed with Malawi Gold, she was always the worst looking plant, didn't matter what I tryied, leaves always droopy, burned tips, but since the repoting and the training she is doing really well. She is drinking quite a lot, I dare to say 1 liter every two days, which is a considerable amount for pre-flower.
I'm not planing to do any more defoliation in the future, but around week 3 I might open up the space a little bit, make the environment lighter and allow more air to circulate better.
I did a flush when I changed the feeding values to pre-flower, and will do so again when I change the values to flower. Added GHE Bio Roots around the first week after repoting and now added GHE Bio Bloom to help kickstart the flowering stage.
That's it for now.
Hello growers!
About to enter flowering auto-pilot mode!
Today did the last final changes. Finished the lollipopping, gave her a two day flush, I could tell right away that both plants enjoyed, and hiked up the dosage of nutrients to the flowering feeding chart.
Took from the feeding: Diamond Nectar (fulvic acid) and Mineral Magic (silica).
Had to move around the structure of the set up, the lights were very close to the canopy (12cm) and now its around (25cm) which is still too close. Spider Farmer and other growers recomended 30cm distance during flower, which I agree because of possible fox tailing.
Malawi Gold is doing really well, she is adapting nicely to the flowering stage, the LST and lollipopping. She is streching quite a bit and coming up with plenty of pistils. She doesn't resent anymore the nutrients.
Brazil Amazonia is also doing well as always, she produces a lot of foliage, really a lot, she is a very bushy plant. I took away plenty of lower fan leaves and also some weak future bud sites that would never cross above the net. She is producing pistils, not as many as Malawi Gold, and regarding strech she is becoming still, which the breeder refers about this in their website.
From now on, I will just let her grow, feeding her nutrients alternating with clean PH balanced water. When time comes for the final part, I'll flush her again, but that is a month from now.
Thanks for those who are keeping up with this diary.
Take care :)
Hello Growers!
Auto pilot mode :) not that much has happened.
Malawi Gold keeps on stretching, she is very close to the light, but, at this point, there's nothing I can do. She drinks a lot, loves nutrients, I have been watering around a liter every other day. I'm very pleased with this plant, and I'm kind of glad she went to the 6lt pot, because if she went to the 11lt, she would have become a monster. I've tryied to reach Lineage Seeds, to congratulate them about this strain, and make a few questions, but I think they are no longer active, or at least, they don't have that many strains avaiable, and don't answer e-mails, but hey, the plant is doing well.
Amazonia Brazil stopped streching, seems to me that the buds are getting larger, but it's hard to tell, because they have so much foliage around the bud...none the less she is very healthy, she drinks quite a bit, likes nutrients. Nice solid plant from the start :)
That's it, good grow so far, I think I will end up with good results!!
Hey there!
Malawi Gold stopped stretching, she is putting on weight, she is looking wonderful!!! What an amazing plant she is turning out to be :) nothing happened this week, just watering and letting her be happy.
Brazil Amazonia is completely conquered by Malawi, she is fighinting for her turf but still looking beautiful and healthy.
It has been a very easy going and healthy grow, no issues what so ever, I'm looking forward to a great harvest.
Take care growers!
Day 33 Flowering
Hello growers,
Nothing new to add, Malawi Gold drinks a lot, she is down to half a litre everyday! Its amazing.
Brazil Amazonia doesn't drink that much, but she is also in a bigger pot. She is showing some signs of lack of CalMag, I might hike up her dosage.
I think I'll be able to harvest around the last week of January, pistils will dictate though.
Take it easy friends!
Flowering day 40
Hey growers,
Flushing the babes before giving them GHE Final Part.
They are heading for their last weeks :)
The smell is very very strong, even with the carbon filter, easy there!
Malawi buds are getting very decent looking.
See you guys and girls !
Day 47 of Flowering
Hello Growers,
Malawi Gold is packing!!! I had to help those buds standing in place! They are very very heavy, and far from being ready. The biggest cola is fox tailing like crazy, but she is 5cm away from the light, so, that's expected. She is drinking around 1lt everyday.
Brazil Amazonia seems to be ready...I'm gonna flush her this weekend, and let the soil go completely dry during the week. She smells great, the buds are very sticky, very hard to clean away the resin, but the buds are rather small, for such a big vase. Humm...
Well, that's it for now.
Day 54 of flowering
Hello growers,
The last weeks of this run has been very exciting, a lot of plan changes, friends opinions, etc.
I decided to wait one more week with the Brazil Amazonia, she only has a few amber trichomes and the buds a still swelling. Her colors are changing, she is getting this beautiful purple shade so pleasing to the eye. She is flushed already, she is only getting water, I don't even control the PH anymore.
Malawi Gold still has a lot to go, the breeder recomends 70 days of flower, the buds are getting bigger and bigger and pistils are still very fresh. Wow, I'm really excited about harvesting her. I'm planing to flush her soon too.
I decided to lower the temps down to 20ºC in order to promote more trichome development.
That's it!
So decided to harvest today due to my schedule. She is ready, even though she could have more amber trichomes, but anyways, I'm in peace with my decision. I'm a bit disappointed with the outcome...11lt pot and only 115gr, seems to me very little, and she was always the strongest plant, the bushier, the finest, I wonder what happened.
I still have Malawi Gold inside the tent, so I had to improvise the drying space, went old school, floss and drawer. Gonna keep the RH around 65% and 20ºC. Hopefully by the end of the week I can try it out and do the smoke report.
Take care growers.
Flowering day 61
Malawi Gold is doing so fine!! Fat, beautiful, resinous buds wow :) she still has at least two more weeks, I'm gonna take my time with this one, let her giver her best :)
Day 68 of flowering,
This girl is ready to be harvested :) she has been flushed, the pistils are all milky, very few amber, but I guess it has to do with the strain itself. The breeder recomends 70 days of flower, I'm gonna give it a bit a more, my plan is to harvest somewhere next week or the other one.
This Malawi Gold has been a great surprise, wow, she was the weakest of the 6 plants, but she is by by by by far the bigger yielder!
So I tend to follow the recomendations of the King of Growers (Jorge Cervantes), I will switch of the lights for 36 hours before harvest, I have always had great results with this method!
Have a nice weekend growers!
This plant was packed with a lot of very very decent buds. Harvesting was quite a challeng, a lot of pop corn buds that went straight for butter.
But as you can see from the pics, the harvest went down really well. Looking forward to the final result :)
