Some are flowering, not best time for lst, better wait two weeks and then do.
Too rich soil or food makes them go midget, some autos could be small by genetic, but i met only few and they still brought 60+ g. each ....
Those look like 14 g max plants.
Its just my PERSONAL view, don't feel offended.

@mushimushi, they are already stunt, let them develop and don't feed at all, plain water diet would be very wise.
I found very good way with autos to train them at the end of second week of flower or at beginning of third

i don't feed autos till middle of week 3 or 4 of veg, bacterial additives - yes, nitrogen and gang - no.
less is more in growing, especially with autos
@AsNoriu, right i will w8 1 week but with auto lst at 2/3 week are good (its not topping ), if start flower i can stop , its low stress and i did 2 time before and or i got lucky but i got 1°time 90 gr plant and 2°40 gr but i got tons of problem with temperature soil , i never see 1 plant do 15 gr and i hope i will never see =) . thanks
