I tried paper towel first but over soaked the paper initally. Redid the procedure but still couldn't get the bean to pop for over a week. Did a hail Mary straight into the substrate and kept the soil moist. 3 or 4 days later, IT POPPED OUT! Happy days This might be enough for me to use the substrate method instead of paper towel moving forward.

Mightve started a week late but she's somehow flowing with her neighbour's. Leaves looking very healthy. Solid growth this week. Still haven't watered until runoff. Plants felt to small but at the end of this week they are at a size where I now feel comfortable. Should be a solid week of stretch coming up.

Straight ph'd water for the past 2 weeks. Finally starting to smell a bit althougj I can't put my finger on it yet. Growth is amazing and bud size it looking promising.

So many beautiful elements to this plant. The general form, Cola shape and density is very satisfying on the eyes. Can't nail down the smell at all which is nice, since all 3 stains smell different. Amber thricomes have started to appear throughout the bud.
