The top white colony looks similar to thrips. The bottom reminds me more of a type of "mite" if you can add any beneficial insects that would fix it up pretty easy, like ladybugs, damsel bugs, and minute pirate bugs. Most pests are so small you wouldn't typically get such a good picture, it the bug the image seems to be eating the eggs, then you may already have a predator present.
