Little_PotShe gas fast to get root. But after I put her into jiffy she was slower. After 4 days I noticed that seed grew upside down! I freed it, and sprout is healthy now

Day 20: cotyledons and first leaves are yellow. It could be too much light, so I put her 15cm further from light. 45 -> 60
