So, the nutrient lock is fixed, the humidity is under control, and these ladies are looking super vigorous. We will flip very soon as the stretch will fill out any holes in the SCROG net. We will also clear the bottom of these plants in the next day or 2, taking lots of clones and making sure we have that SOG.
We have introduced some workers, 10 praying mantis to keep an eye on any pests.. the video of the mantis is from another grow, not the OG kush
Light is about 70% ATM and i will turn up to 80% today, Spiderfarmer have kindly sponsored us with a Light controller, that arrives imminently and as soon as it does, it's week 1 of flowering and the light will go to 80% - then 90, then 100....
We have had serious rain here, the relative humidity outside is 90% and the temp is 31 degrees.
We continue to feed with our own nutrient schedule. Slightly increasing the nitrogen for the last week or som of pure Veg.
Thoughts?
Lets Gromore,
Only 6 weeks of flower and they're looking like this?! Fantastic job. And what an amazing set-up -- Assuming you distribute or have a family of 30 haha! π Well done and bravo π
@Gromorethailand, Super interesting! I've been following the Thai cannabis situation over the years and was super excited to see the recent gov shift, although I know it's far from perfect. Cool that you're a part of this movement π I was living/working throughout SE Asia for years, stateside now, but "live" in China; Will be making a Thai trip once I'm back in China and settled from this 3-year COVID nightmare haha! Looking forward to visiting the new dispensaries. Are you comfortable sharing your brand name? Would be fun to try your product π
@TCH0808, thanks mate. Yeah, we're in thailand and have commercial grows and dispensaries so it will go pretty quickly. The og is super quick, but like I said I reckon I could have got another week or 2 out of them if it wasn't for the mold.
Nice grow!
Are you doing this all by your own? Gotta say, i'm impressed!
Like to see the "Helpers" in your garden.. dont the praying mantis chew on the ladybugs? π
Keep on the great work! βοΈ
@Gromorethailand, I know, glad they are not human size .. they would knock us down from the top of the foodchain ππ€£
It's nice to see π that great weed is growing in Thailand.
Are all those operations indoors?
Yeah, the SE7000 seems to be a great light, i'm looking to upgrade to one of those - or the new Mars Hydro FC-E 6500 (Smart Grow System) witch is actually a little cheaper but it would be a good alternative with same wattage (730W).
The plus is that it supports mobile control and cultuvation plan programming via Mars Hydro APP. Also it simulates sunrise and sunset to mimic a natural photoperiod. I'm sure this tecnology will soon be applied on other brands like Spider Farmer as well but for now i think i would go with the Mars Hydro FC-E 6500 instead of the Spider Farmer SE7000.
Any of those two lamps would be a great upgrade for my 4x4 running with a SF4000 (450W) at this moment..
Question; are you running those lamps at 100%?
@Gromorethailand, You are right about that, they use BridgeLux Diodes in this model and a moso driver.
Tes Samsung diodes in the SF7000 are better, no doubt about that..
I just find it's handy to have that incorporated in the light and don't need to buy timers and controllers seperately..
Anyway, you are well equipped π and doing great work π over there. Wish you the best of luck π and i hope to see your SF's in action again soon..
Another thing; As i don't use FB and insta i tried to find your website, but without success, would it be ok for you to send me a link?
@Fayah_Burn, thanks for the question. I think that model of Mars hydro don't use Samsung chips? I may be wrong.
As for sunrise sunset, I use the controller from spider farmer, it has 10 lighting zones allowing different intensities throughout the day simulation the real world. Thay moves me onto your question. No, I run them 100% for about 3 hrs a day, either side I gradually increase the intensity and then decrease it.
