OK boys and girls, I am almost at the end, but as growing a cbd plant I don't know when to harvest for the best peak cbd.
Usually at THC plants I harvest at 30% amber and 70% milky.
Is the same for a cbd one?

It's the same ... but the amber will indicate a degradation so best to harvest before you get too many amber...

She still hasn't finished bulking up yet. The pictures of the trichomes where from your sugar leaves which mature faster then the trichomes in the actual buds. Probably 2 weeks left.
