It’s hard to tell from the pictures. But I’d start by checking (and double checking) your PH. I’d check the PH of the runoff and go from there. If it’s not a PH issue you’ll know it’s a deficiency and can make a better diagnosis.

It is a magnesium deficiency. Just add some cal mag or epsom salt, but lighten up on nitrogen.

I see no indication this is a Hermi, the things that look like balls are swollen calyx and that's normal in female plants. Balls will be attached by a small stem and tend to hang downwards vs pointing up like calyx's . They also do no have pistils coming out of them and are not to be covered in trichomes.
