Just making the first week that I mentioned in germination week.
I wonder if it will turn out as good as the old school white widow I had back in the late 90s.
November 4th:
It's still truckin'. It looks a little flimsy, but I'm sure it will shape up in a week. I might need to start adding silica blast a little early.
November 14th:
A couple days late with this and the BB auto report. Deer and winter suck.
Anyway.
She's growing pretty good and seems like she's moving along faster than the auto, too. Next week starts LST and a possible up-pot.

November 26th:
This thing is looking great, structurally. Great, sturdy genetics in terms of veg growth, durability, and resistances. Not a single aphid on this thing, while I've found at least one aphid on every other plant.
I need to commit to pulling the top down and letting the rest of the canopy catch up. She's definitely ready for it.

December 3rd:
Man oh man is this widow looking good. Short, stout, and stacking branches!
Going to have to clone her soon and see if I like her enough to keep her.

December 10th:
This girl is getting a haircut tomorrow!
She needs some training, too. I've just been watching her and the others grow while procrastinating with training. Maybe filling up that 5'×15' burned me out on training, I don't know. But, tomorrow's the day.

December 17th:
She's about big enough to stick in the bloom room!
Two months veg seems solid. It's pretty cool how this thing has been growing, but there are some branches on top of others. So,they are coming off and turning into clones sometime this week.
December 28th:
I waited to make this entry until it had been a week in the bloom room!
Now that it's officially been a week in flower, she's really stretching and looking good.
Once she gets done stretching, I'm going to start giving her some BuildABloom. It's time to give it another shot and see how it does.

She looks so good it could be a fake plant you buy at Spencer's.
Just letting her grow this week. No training or defoliation. I'm going to wash her in a couple days and apply another round of organic IPM. Gotta make sure there are no pests in the next two weeks, since I hate spraying plants when they have trichomes.

January 12th:
Went with the ole defoliation in week 3 of flower tactic. Opened up a lot more buds to a hardy amount of light.
When I lollipopped, the baby buds were already starting to put out a slight lemon-pine scent.
Switching over to just BuildASoil's BuildABloom from today until a few weeks before I harvest.
January 18th:
Did a very, very light defoliation. About 5 leaves were removed and that's about it.
Lollipopped lower buds that I wasn't sure would make it, or if they didn't look like they were getting enough light.
I'm pretty sure her stretch is over, so it's just water and BuildABloom from now until a couple weeks before harvest. Unless it needs magnesium, of course.
January 24th:
She's doing just fine. Frosty, praying, and smelling good.
Giving it one liter of water and a third of a teaspoon of BuildABloom every other watering. I'm liking the results and this plant seems to love it.
January 31st:
It's time for her to stand on her own. No more nutes from me, just water.
She's getting pretty loud in terms of smell. Just bumping a branch makes immediate area smell amazing.
I didn't check on the trichomes this week. But, just from looking at the buds, you can tell they have a bit to go still.
February 7th:
Well, yesterday while looking over this plant, I saw a little baby banner sticking out of the top of a cola nugget. So, I picked it off and carefully went over the rest of the plant. Four times.
I'm relieved to say that it was the only one, but stressed because now I have to keep an eye for them on this plant.
If it was only a week away from chop, I'd cut it down. But, it's at least two weeks away from that point. So, I'm going to risk it for the finish.
I've been giving it straight water all week. However much it can drink, which is still a lot. At Least a gallon every 2-3 days.
February 14th:
Yep, one more week should do it. She's starting to fade and show some colors. I'll have to make sure I get some good pictures of it next week.
No more nanners, yet. I'm thinking it may have been a one-time thing, but still still staying vigilant on searching for them.
February 21st:
She's aliiiivveee!!!!
I decided not to chop. I'm still seeing a decent amount of clear trichomes, so she still has some ripening up to do.
Still giving her straight water. She's fading more every day and smelling very fresh n' clean.
February 28th:
All the trichomes are cloudy, so, it's finally time. She's getting the chop today. I'm excited to smoke these citrus pine nugs and see if it's worth the hype. Even though it turned purple, I'm still going to call it white widow!
This was a really easy plant to grow! I didn't need to do barely any training or LST, as it legitimately grew like that by itself. Great structure and very hardy. It didn't get any aphids on it, even when all the other plants around it caught a few. So, I thought that was pretty neat.
I'm not too sure if growing this outside in a temperate climate like mine, as advertised by many different labs and websites, is a good idea. It took 10 weeks from start to finish of flower and I feel it's a little too long for climates like mine, unfortunately.
It took 7 days to dry in 59°F and 50%-57% relative humidity. I couldn't get it up to 60%, unfortunately. But, it seemed to do a pretty good job, regardless.
It was watered with 1 teaspoon of BuildABloom per gallon of water, on average, three times a week. Never did I water until run-off. I think living soil doesn't need that. Or, it doesn't seem like it does, at least.
Light intensity during flower:
First two weeks- 50%
Weeks 2-4 - 60%
Week 5- 65%
Week 6- 70%
Week 7&8- 75%
Week 9&10- 80%
No IPM regimen for this plant, as it didn't need it. Bugs and PM didn't like this plant at all, which I consider a huge plus!
