I woke up this morning with 3/4 seedlings sprouted. Hopefully the last one sprouts by the end of the day or tomorrow. Meanwhile, I'll be adjusting my setup.

Your diary says the PH is 7 which is way to high for hydro. you want to keep your PH between 5.5 and 6.5 Anything outside of that range you will get plants looking like you have.
When your in veg its best to keep your PH at 5.8 and when you switch to flower you want them at 6.2.
check daily and adjust if they get out of range.
