Ripper seeds Radical Juice

Well this is a bit disappointing. As you can see from the pics my larger plant has been struck with a handful of issues. I started to notice it a few days before the end of last week and have spent the last week plus trying to figure out the issue. I believe that it was because my Ph monitor needednto be calibrated. It was showing .5 lower then it actually was. So when I had my Ph at 6.1 - 6.2 it actually was 6.6 - 6.7 and that's way to high for coco. Hopefully after I flip to flower it'll slowly correct itself.
