Today is day 56 from sprout. Double Grape is really packing on more and more weight each day. The tops continue to turn purple. Im hoping that I end up with at least and ounce but the plant is very small from being stunted earlier on. A lot of the trichs are mostly cloudy, very few amber, and not many empty heads left. Each day more hairs are turning orange.
I think the koolbloom is helping her finish early. I am really hoping that she finishes early sometime in the next two weeks.
The plant is giving off a sweet smell when I open the tent. The smell becomes artificial grape if the plant is moved. I think I am going to be very happy with the terps after cure.
@ElliotChance,
Increase the pH first and if needed you later follow it with some Epsom salt. No need for calmag it'll just unnecessarily increase the need for mag even more. "Law of tolerance"
@DoctorAutoflower, Hey man, thanks for the feedback, its really appreciated. Im still learning!
I agree that 5.6 ph is on the low end. Ill work on increasing the ph and cal mag.
@DEVS_GENETICS, yes sir. I am feeling very lucky to have gotten a purple / grape pheno on my first run. I can easily see myself keeping this strain in rotation. It has a pungent artificial grape smell. I am hoping the terps hang around through the cure.
It is my first time running grape genetics so I cannot compare to other grape type phenos. I have a Sour Stomper at the same age and I do not get any grape terps from it. I am hoping that changes as I get closer to harvest.
