Decided I would start a new grow Journal considering I'm doing all one strain. This 4x4 net will be completely shiskaberry by Barney's farm. I've grown this strain before and it sits around a 55-day flowering cycle. Sit back relax and hit the Subscribe button this is going to be a fun one.
Slow and steady, and very even will win the ultimate race. What appears as slow is a nice transition period. I have been slowly removing branches at lower levels that are reaching for light, deviating from the main stem by more than 2".
Ill continue doing it this week and into week 3. After this i will allow them to plump up.
Just finishing up week 3. Girls are a nice nice shade of green. Buds are starting to shape and the fan leaves are getting some crystals. All is good. I harvest the other side tomorrow and ill be starting a karma genetics - sherb biker grow journal. Be sure to subscribe to that.
Just finushed up week 4 and the buds are looking. Real nice. One more week then ill begin the flush. Expect some major swelling over the. Next 4 weeks. Stay tuned.
Week 5 has arrived. This is a 7 week strain and i will begin the final 3 week flush. Plant has much more leaf to bud ratio than i like. But it wilk start filling in shortly. The canopy is very even. Stay tuned.
I have one week left on a straight eater flush. These girls are ready for dec 24th harvest date.
I did notice a couple bananas on this genetic, so ill be getting rid of the mom after this go.
This is why i test all mothers.
Excellent taste, smell and high. Onky complaint is in regards to the pollen sacks at the end of the grow cycle.
Update after cure. Dried weight of exactly 22oz..while maybe 1g of Crumble.
Found a fair amount of pollen sacks over the whole grow. I know nothing has changed with light leaks or cycles interrupt. I have decide this is a toss out.
As far as i can tell there was no seeds generated, but only time will tell.
So cool looking plants!
What type of led is this?
I want buy some led panel for me too. But it is so difficult choose one from milions on market. 😁 but when i see yours and others here with good leds i must admit. Its future of growing.
Cheers and good luck with your grow ✌️
@Swoky, i was skeptical at first and ordered lights from a cheap chinese brand that ripped me off on warranty. EcoLED was the name. Id stay clear.
The current panels im running are only a few grows through (maybe 4 or 5 months) made by a company called KingBrite. I ended up using the chinese frame to put my kingbrites on. Im running 800w on the Other side, Sherb Biker grow. They are really nice lights, id recommend them. PM me if you want a link.
