And here we are! CHOP DAY! This strain has been impressive and smells like a bag of oranges! Oh so lovely! This girl packed on the weight. Several branches are hanging and has caused some side branching to separate from the main stalk(my fault for cutting the scrog net). Will definitely be growing this strain again!
What's up everybody? Im a little late posting this grow. Still new to this platform. One of my boys highly recommended grow diaries so I'm still trying to adapt. But here is my Mimosa Orange Punch by Barneys. I started it off in a small pot and the roots grew quickly. I watered on Friday and woke up this morning and she was thirsty so I figured it was time to put her in her final home. I struggled with some nitrogen toxicity early on from adding fish fertilizer so I had to flush her. In the pics, she still currently recovering from being transplanted and topped(6th node). Currently on day 25. She should bounce back soon. I'll up date pics on day 28. Let me know what yall think.
Just a few days after transplanting and topping, she's recovered beautifully and starting to expand her new main tops. Next week, she will receive her first feeding. She's looking good!
Missed a couple weeks of progress from this beautiful girl. But, today is day 42 of veg, beginning of week 7. I quickly learned that she loves to be fed! Been feeding the Advanced Nutrients line(Sensi Grow A&B, B52, Nirvana, Bud Candy, and Fish Shit) at half strength. She loves it! She's been topped for a second time and the now 4 main colas are growing fantastically!
Beginning of week 8 of veg and this girls has been topped for a second time. All of the side branched ate developing well and looks like they all will eventually be nice tops. Full strength Advanced Nutrients and she is loving it. Loving for to placing her under a scrog net and throwing her into flower in a couple more weeks.
Week 9 and I just threw her under the scrog. She's thriving! Got a bigger tent to give her more room. Added an extra fan. Can't wait to see how she looks when she recovers!
Day 67 of veg and she is looking beautiful! Went in a did some light defoliation and cleaning up of the lower parts of branches. Just order a new Spider Farmer G4500. Should be here in a week and then I'll send her to flower!
Day 75 since seed and and day 5 since flipping to flower. New light came in last Wednesday so I did another round of light defoliation and LST before flipping. The new Spider Farmer G4500 light is AWESOME! LOVE IT! This plants has basically filled half of my 2x4 tent, essentially, filling up a 2x2 tent! I must say I've impressed myself by being able to keep her healthy this long. I hope she rewards me very well I'm the end! Let me know what yall think or what I can improve on.
ANNNNNND WE HAVE FLOWERS! Day 12 since flipping and they are coming along very nice. Pistols started appearing 4 days ago and they are taking off. Went in yesterday and did a lot of defoliating. Soil started turning white on top and I wasn't getting much airflow through the canopy but she breathing now! Starting to see some yellowing so she will be getting a NICE feeding of advanced nutrients today! Let me know what yall think of if you have any tips.
Day 12 of flower and she's looking great! Looking a little hungry so I just fed and water her with a healthy dose of Advanced Nutrients! We're on our way!
Day 27 since flipping to flower. Day 19 since first pistils appeared. Man, she is getting frosty! Starting to develop a sweet fruity type smell. Getting some color changing on the leaves due my Temps dropping more at night. Struggling to keep her from being so bushy. Will probably do one mor nice defoliation within the next few days and let her ride til the end. She's looking good. Let me know what yall think!
Day 38 since flipping and I'm loving what I see. This girls LOVES to eat so I had to switch my feeding cycle to feed, feed, water, instead of feed, water, water. The strong orange citrus aroma is oh so lovely! In the next couple of weeks she should start packing on more weight. I can tell that they are heavy already just but the swaying of the cola from air circulation. I think I messed up by removing my scrog net but I'll tie her up and give her support as needed!
Day 44 since flipping and this girl is getting close to finishing. No more feeding for her. Just some Cyco Supa Sticky today and next watering and water from there on out. Got about 75-80 percent cloudy. The sweet orange citrus smell is PHENOMENAL! Got about 2, maybe 3, weeks left and she'll be done. Had to tie up a couple branches because she's falling over from putting on weight! I love her!
