540AutoAddict This is my first time growing in soil. I've always ran DWC, so I am interested to see how this compares. I have about 15% perlite mixed in the bottom of the 3-gallon fabric pot with about 65% Coast of Maine Stonington Blend and 20% Fox Farms Happy Frog on top.

540AutoAddict I am not quite in week one of veg, but I didn't have a seedling option. I am 10 days from germination. Both plants look healthy. My PH on runoff is slightly higher than I thought it would be. I'll work on dropping it between 6.0 - 6.5.

Yours looks awesome! Is it F4 or the new F5? I have both but running tge F5 Blueberry Slushy. Yours will kill it! I'm just using a solo cup size container.

@KAPT_SAVE_Da_HOE, Sorry, I had issues confirming my account, so I couldn't reply! The RocBud is the F5. I heard it's awesome. Super excited to see how it turns out. I'm just hoping I don't mess it up on my first soil grow.

@540AutoAddict, Blueberry Slushy is 10/10! Best wishes in your soil experiment! We all start from the beginning sometime, don't forget to allow yourself to fail and try again. I myself am skeptical of a Solo Cup, but we already won by placing the seed in the soil.

@KAPT_SAVE_Da_HOE, Thanks! I assume it shouldn't be too hard in soil. Just test the runoff and keep an eye on everything. Got to baby it. That's awesome! Congrats on your initial solo cup win. I haven't done a full grow in a solo cup. I might do it just to try it LOL.
