Dropped seeds directly in soil this time around. 3/4 thus far. Hoping the other strawberry banana will come through...fingers crossed. NOTE: This is not actually Mango smile. They were freebies from Mephisto and are Mango Smile X Samsquanch OG but that specific strain did not show up within the list.
UPDATE: The other strawberry banana popped, just took it a little extra time (2 days).
Just a waiting game. 3 of 4 popped thus far. One strawberry banana still hasn't popped...Gonna give her a few extra days and pray.🙏

Another week in. Light watering as needed. Did do some bottom-up watering just to saturate some of the soil for retention due to low humidity caused by the starting of the coal stove. Girls seem happy. Lets see what next week brings!
Another easy week down. The strawberry banana girls are a little smaller than I'd like at this point but I like to think they're focused on root growth currently. The strawnanna in the back left corner did take like 2 more days to sprout so it's understandable she's behind a little. The samsquanch x mango smile crosses are right on track. Started to LST them as I felt they were large enough to handle it. Looking to do a topdress here in the next few days (next time I water). Using Mother Earth groundswell. Really liking it so far. Super fluffy and doesn't compact with waterings and is also extremely light on nutes so I can go whichever direction I want in that regard with no fear of burn. Looking forward to more growth in the next week. Happy early Thanksgiving everyone!
Missed a weekly update, life got busy. Made sure to take pictures. Inevitably I stunted these ladies. Was working doubles and completely lost track of all sense of time and they ended up overwatered. Completely my fault, should've kept a record somewhere to keep me on track. Still gonna finish them out, the two in back (strawberry banana) are severely stunted. The two mango smile x samsquanch OG up front are stunted but seem to have handled my blunder much better than the others. Still kicking myself over such a stupid mistake. Live and learn I guess.
Play stupid games win stupid prizes. Super frustrated at myself but it is what it is. These girls are stunted. Will continue to update but don't expect much context. I've pretty much given up on this grow and just going to harvest to see how it ends up. Made an excel sheet to help me avoid these stupid mistakes in the future, now I just gotta make sure to check it before I go in and d any gardening everyday 😅
