She sprouted in 48 hrs and put into a rapid rooter that is inside a 1 liter nursery bag with seed starter and organic potting soil mixed together.
Will be transplanting her into a 5 gal fabric pot filled with my homemade organic soil when she gets bigger.
Shes going strong so far.
Whew. She adjusted very well to the transplant into my 5 gal fabric pots with homemade organic soil.
Shes drooping cause lights out was in 1 hour and she was getting ready for bed.
Starting week 3 of Veg - She is banging away and growing steadily faster than the others.
She has gotten a bit greener now.
Should be able to top her by next week.
Mixed 1/2c of Bear Ground Solutions Fish Soil Enhancer in 1 gal of water.
I only used 1 qt of this solution to water the plant.
Topped her above 5th node on Nov 29th
She's growing pretty steady still.
Gave her a soaking of 1gal of 6.3pH of water.
She perked up real nice and is recovered from the topping a few days ago.
Beautiful green leaves and uniform fingers on the leaves as well. She's looking to be a beauty. Can't wait for flower time.
Start of week 5.
I tied down the tops to even the canopy. She took it well. She's already looking nice.
I also trimmed the 2 lower branches and leaves.
I tied her down real good today. She took it like a champ. She's going to fill out teal nice just like the Aurora Indica I grew earlier this year.
This girl is just amazing. She is responding excellent to LST. She has shot off tops all over the canopy. Nice beautiful green color. Excellent symmetry.
This strain definitely excellent for a Scrog setup.
I flipped the light schedule to 12 hrs to initiate flowering.
Some defoliation and trimming of lower branches again. She definitely fills in fast. Not stressed out from trimming at all.
I watered with 5ml Fish emulsion and 10ml Morbloom from Alaskan Fish.
Watering frequency is shorter now. It's about 3 to 4 days now.
She's still stretching. Little buds are beginning to form.
No signs of bugs, mold or deficiencies.
She's looking really good so far.
I gave her a big haircut. Everything below half save a few fan leaves was cut. This is to focus the energy to the main colas.
Also to allow light to reach the buds on each cola. I left a good amount of leaves on each cola. Also needed to allow air to go through.
She handled the haircut very well. Didn't go in shock but I watered her right afterwards.
The buds look very good. There's trichromes starting to form and there us a smell now coming from her.
I look forward to her fat buds in 6 to 7 weeks.
She's still blooming pretty good
She's starting to get frosty.
Nice bud formation on each cola.
Hoping she swells up in the next 4 weeks
She's also getting smelly.
This girl is very sticky. I pinched a couple light blocking leaves and it made my finger wet and sticky.
Very nice smell too.
I know I gutted the center but it was to keep tge humidity down and prevent mold but also to focus energy on the colas.
Usually I cut enough branches to allow 4 to 6 colas to grow but she has 8.
So i expect a bunch of medium sticky rock hard buds from her.
But I'll continue juicing her with Alaskan Morbloom and Grow Big every other week.
She's looking nice and getting dank sticky.
She's turning out real nice with 8 colas.
She's definitely still swelling .
She's coated in resinous trichromes
She is getting noticeably stronger scent now. Like a sweet fruity but pungent smell
Color is green and light orange pistils so far.
She's going to be very yummy soon
She's still fattening up and lots of resin.
She has a fruity sweet smell.
Alot of the fan leaves are yellowing. Last week I gave her top dressing of Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and watered in 2-3-1 Fish Hydrolysate to provide some Nitrogen in case it was a N deficiency.
Still she's going strong and is swelling.
She's fattened up and now sugar leaves are being sucked dry. She's not drinking much water either so I'm going to harvest her as the trichromes also are cloudy now.
Overall a decent strain by Nirvana Seeds.
She performed well after topping and LST. Definitely good strain for SCROG method. I'd love to grow her with FIM or just let her grow into a Christmas tree as I had another 2 to 3 ft of overhead.
Next time I grow her I will use a different soil mix with more kelp meal. Alsllll
She was an easy grow. She got real bushy and stayed short like an indica after topping. She handled topping and LST very well. She finished before the other strains I am growing. About 10 weeks after the flip to 12/12. She's very sticky and has a fruity smell. Buds were easy to trim and dense.
@Jim_Nirvana, Thank you. She's got great genetics like the Aurora. Her symmetry is spot on. Made it real easy to space out evenly when tying her down. She's already fully recovered and filled
The flowering should be great. It's winter here for next 3 months so I can drop the Temps to pull out the color.
Do you have a recommendation on when to lower the Temps during flowering to produce the best color effects?
Thanks again. Awesome job on breeding and strain selection.
