11/22/22 - Week 1 is only really just starting (currently Day 9). Not over watering, waiting until top soil appears dry. Just checking pH and adjusting slightly lower than 7 using a citric acid salt. RH is problematic, using small humidifier outside tent along w/ fairly regular misting of the grow space.
11/25/22 - Week 1 about half way. Maintaining regular misting to help with RH. Waiting to water until top soil begins to look dry. Minimal ventilation (only 1 of 3 fans running) to help with RH.
11/28/22: Beginning week 2. Will maintain the same schedule and observations - regular pH adjusted water once top soil looks dry, maintenance misting for RH. I have just increased light intesnity to 80% (from 60%) on the dual-LEDs and will monitor the leaf reaction to the increased intensity; planning to keep at 80% until flower.
11/30/22: Day 17 update. Providing continuous misting to maintain higher RH. Top soil still slightly damp from last watering. Water w/ 6.4pH currently sitting out to de-chlor. Checking soil tomorrow.
12/3/22: By end of week two more development has taken place. plant L seems about a day ahead of plant R. Doing okay, only providing pH adjusted water, regular misting to increase RH.
12/5/22: Continuing regular watering/misting regimen. Steady growth. Plants ready for LST, conducted.
12/6/22: Providing indirect misting. Noticed this AM minor splotching on several leaves, slightly more visible on plant L, but a small amount on plant R. Not going to act early on this as root development in soil is still underway, and nutrients should still be readily available, will try to keep pH around 6.
12/10/22: Variation in phenotype between the two is becoming clearer. Plant L is stretching taller w/ slimmer leaves, while plant R is staying much more dense. Will need to watch leaf density on plant R. Performing single fan leaf removal to provide more light canopy on plant R, also tucking others.
12/14/22: Stretching definitely under way. Phenotypic variation is continuing to show differences. Continue to notice minor signs of discoloration in leaves on plant L, slightly more droopy too. Have decided to apply a light dosing of CalMag for today's watering. Absorption rates between plants noted as well, plant L utilizing water quicker, while soil of plant R still dense and moister from the last watering (12/12). Providing just under 2L of pH adjusted water that has the added CalMag. Plant R will receive less of this solution. No other additives planned for now.
