New grower. First seed. Seems to be going fine with seedling popping through soil after 2 days. Now under 60w CFL about 6-8 inches above the plant and a clear plastic cup covering it. Any tips for keeping it alive and thriving? Been spritzing with water 1-2x/day.

I would remove the plastic cup as soon as the sprout breaks out of the soil. If it stays to humid you promote mold/fungus which can cause the sprout to "dampen off". Only reason to have a dome is to prevent your soil from drying out while the seeds taproot is still small and can easily dry up.
