11-17 Ive forgotten about the updates for this lady this week, but will resume. I've decided to figure out a way to keep her flowering while I cut down her other step sisters. I believe I can get a bit more weight out of her instead of taking her down really early. 11-19 Seems that she's starting to try and put some weight on. She's definitely not giving up without trying, which is good, not a total waste of resources.

@DWCKhaos, that's a strong look start for a great strain! Coco is my go-to soil medium! One word of advice is to learn what your pot feels like when watered and when dry. I water now based off of weight and it's made a HUGE difference in grow times (for certain strains). (Tagging @ItsLegalInMyHouse as well because it's their first coco grow too!!)

@DWCKhaos, If you lift the pot you can tell if it needs watering by how light it is. Learn to judge the halfway weight by feel, when the pot feels less than half full, water it. Try this lift technique for two weeks checking daily. You’ll be a pro at the end of that two weeks. Indoors, normally plants can go 1-3 days between waterings in 1 to 5 gallon containers. Young plants may go 5 to 7 days between waterings.

@randyJustice, I thought with coco you water every day unlike soil you do wet/dry cycles? And also isn't it bad to let coco dry out? Or am I misinformed? Teach me the way...lol

Good luck on the grow man! Good choice choosing coco, it’s great! I’m on my first grow too, prepare to learn a lot and have plenty of fun! 😃🌱

@DWCKhaos, yeah give it a go and see what you think 😊 for me coco was great because it’s harder to overwater than soil and easier to flush out nutes if you give too much 👍🏻

@ItsLegalInMyHouse, Thanks for the encouragement! So far, I like the coco, we'll see if that continues. I'm still trying to learn the basics of growing in pots, since I like growing in water, but I'd like to do it year round and this would be the way to do it.
