Coast of Maine stonington blend is my medium, soaked seed in water for about 4-6 hrs till it sank. Went to the paper towel, once tap root popped I went into peat pellet then into medium. I did make a small area when planting the peat pellet that was cut with coco and the soil medium, because wasn’t sure if this soil would be to hot for seedlings as it’s my first time using it. I do have the dry amendments made by coast of Maine as well. Plan to follow their suggested feeding schedule (photo attached)
I topped dressed earlier in the week with coast of maines plant food at 1/4cup. Scratched into the soil and watered in. Topping was a success, topped at the 5th node at the beginning of week three which I felt like was a good time with how healthy she was. growth slowed for like a day and a half. Then she took off. Excited to see how she turns out. 😌
So far topping went well, did some minor training, ran into a very small cal mag issue, supplemented some cal mag last week around day 24. Topped dressed this morning with coast of maines buds and bloom at 1/4 cup as per recommended going into week 5. Other than the cal mag no issues as of yet.
Having to increase cal/mag due to my led lights. Took me a while to figure it out but other than she’s looking good. Hoping she turns out great. Did some minor lower defoliation other than that don’t plan on cutting too much more off. No negative effects from it either. Didn’t skip a beat.
Still looking good 😊 was dealing with a magnesium deficiency, bumped up cal/mag intake. Stopped the spread top leaves will remain slightly light green, didn’t lose any leaves due to it though. Also just upgrade to a 3x3 tent today as I was wanting to be able to spread her out more. 2x2 was starting to get cramped
