Thorsberry - Captain Redbeard
Dropped in a shot glass last Saturday. Tap root opened after 36 hours for half of them. Put into a red solo cup with nutrients. Moistened slightly with a spray bottle. Put into a humidity tray for starters and clones.
These girls took a few days to pop but are looking good now. Have had this strain on my radar for a while. Looking forward to seeing purple buds. That's what I'm hoping for and will be disappointed if I don't get some strong hues.

First weeks come and gone. Nothing to report which you know how it goes. No news is good news. Will continue in the starter tray until the other tent opens up.
These girls have been growing steady in the starter tray. Will be taking that off tonight and switching to 20/4 light cycle. Spray water daily or every other day. Nothing special.
Another week sitting under the poor starter light. Until the other girls are done drying (another 3-7 days) these starters will stay here. Using a spray bottle to water every day or two.
Finally transplanted these girls. Wayyyy past due. I felt bad for them. I really need to stop starting my seeds early. I get too excited and need to chill. Now that they are in bigger pots they should do fine.
These girls are making a comeback from their previous situation. This whole week has been spent recovering from transplanting and change of tent/environment. Much more humid than before. Helping them grow better.
The one in the middle is not well. It looks like a mutant. What are your thoughts on this one? I did top her to take off some weird top structure and growth. Will realistically kill this one off and keep the other two. That'll also open up room if I want to add a clone or two to max this tent out.
These girls are definitely on the bounce back! They were topped a few days after the last update and now are growing well with the transplant. Next I'll lollipop over the next few days.
These girls are growing weird with the lower growth and will particularly benefit from lollipopping. I did kill one of these girls due to a weird mutation. Didn't want to deal with anything weird
Going well. Continuing to tie her down and lollipop the lower branches. Making sure they spread out. Watering them every 2-3 days or when looking wilty.
Another good week from this tent. The girls have been responding well to lst ties. Getting wider and filling up the space. All is well and watering every other to three days.

Another great week of growth and root development. I continue to tie them down once a week and then let them grow. Watering every 3 days at this point. Will look to flip in the next week. To prep, I'll be adding dolomite lime and top dressing.
Another good week of growth. Everyone's happy and getting water every 3 days. Gotta increase that to every other day now that I'm flipping to flower. The tents full and the girls got a small hair cut and top dressing.
Good first week of flower. These girls got top dressed and a some hair cut last time and have been doing well here. Not much stretch from anyone though so we'll see moving forward. Watering every 2-3 days.

A good week all around. The girls are level and growing well. From the advice of a fellow grower I've increased water and lower the pH more. All is good except one girl so maybe pulling back on her more. Installed the trellis net for support later in flower. Now just watering daily until harvest.
All is good in the tent. Watering daily and defoliating as necessary. There were some leaves that needed to be taken care of, blocking some of the bud sights.
Another week in the bag. Grows on auto pilot as you all know. Watering every day. Defoliating leaves as I need to. Otherwise we are on track across the board.

Another week. However some hickup with the lights. For some reason they turned off for 7 hours yesterday. Then we're off set so I had to move the times. So hopefully no seeds due to this.
Finishing up here in the 4x4 tent! Girls are doing well. Cutting back on the water slightly. And gonna start pulling them throughout the week. They've been good to me.
I love this girl. Great day smoke. Has a blueberry pepper taste to it. A wonderful high that won't knock you out. The second pheno came out perfect. And so much frost ❄️ Very pleased with the final product and will run this again.
This was a great strain overall. Two out of three made it out of the first two weeks. From there, the two grew well responding well to the high stress and low stress training. One girl even split down the middle a little bit came out great. They finished super frosty! With great colors. A real looker 🤩😍😂

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. Im gonna try organic coco next round and have all this lime i bought on a whim. Would like to use it as my calmag supplement without raising my ph too much
@3_Seeds, I use a smaller amount into my mix. Maybe 3 tablespoons per 5 gallons. Then I add about 3/8 cups as top dressing when I'm about to flip to flower. I cover the dolomite lime with a small layer of my solid mix and straw.
