Tried defoliation this week. Went crazy on one and a little more cautious on the other. Seem like more cautious was the way to go so far. Might have stunted one of the plants

Use the chart provided on this link to reference your set-points, You will notice a giant improvement in your plants growth rates. Also, In flower plants prefer a lower temperature when it comes to forming up nice dense flowers. Over 80F we begin to get a more airy final product & above 84 we are going to see fox-tailing a lot more. We want to flower out around 75-77F MAX that way we form up our buds more densely. Weight comes from density, Size is nice but the best of both worlds is better. We also can lose out on a lot of the trichome production when we expose our flower to prolonged high temperatures above 80F. This is with Co2 included & factored in. It is amazing the way you begin to learn how these plants react to their environment when you have grown thousands at a time.
