They were in a glass of water for 2 days and today 05/12 I planted them into the soil using a propagator for seedlings and cuttings, So that I can keep humidity high enough
Just recorded a video this week.
Nothing has changed. They are vibing with some bigger sisters.
Some plain water is sprayed every other day.
The first seeds that popped were transplanted to a bigger container and some others already popped
There are six babies in total, we had to germinate some others to complete this round. they are vibing and loving life.
I will only keep 3 strongberry, the others will be taken care by a friend.
I expect a good round of this new genetic I haven't try.
The bonus are the 2 Seedstockers amnesia cuttings that are growing grogeously, I'm feeding with top veg, melafort and algafort, not everything the same time but around 500-600 uS/cm
The 3 young plants seem to be growing slowly in comparison with their siblings, wich are grown by my friend. I fed the biggest of the 3 with the solution described above, twice per week (400ml each time)
the 2 amnesia cuttings are growing good and their colas are developing in a normal pace, I still feed them with 500 or 600 uS/cm and a total of 1L per week in 2 waterings.
This week I was concerned about the slow pace growing of the 3 strongberry, the 2 smallest strangberry are showing some deficiencies so I think I could have fed them this week, but I didn't. The solution described above was for the other strangberry
The two cutting are good and vibing, their feedings were a little more agresive this week (600us/cm) using the same products
I started to feed the 2 smallest strongberry with the same solution as their 3rd sister and they responded good, that same day they stood their leaves up and the color started to return to their lower leaves
In regard to the 2 amnesia cuttings, they are growing at their pace and have removed 2 or 3 leaves from each one. They are showing a beautiful color which is nice
I'm trying bionova super soil mix, it's lighter in color so the water doesn't get very dark and I like it. It seems to raise the EC pretty easily so I think is a good food for the plants and it smells like melaza.
The 2 amnesia cuttings are growing really good and I fed them with the last 2ml of top veg I had. I aimed for 0.8 mS for them as they are considerably bigger and almost ready to flowering stage.
I water in the middle of the week with almost the same EC and all plants are reacting good to that regime.
This week I could bring them out to recieve some sun light in the mornings. No wonder ther are that happy
I'm watering the amnesia cuttings with 700-800ml each time (twice a week), They are in a 15L pot
On the other hand, the big strongberry (lola) is being watered with 500ml each time in her 5L pot and the 2 little ones with 300-400ml each time in their 3L pot.
They are growing good this week, the little ones (Juli and Violeta) are now fully revcovered and growing at a good pace, the big one (Lola) is just surprising me each day with her beautiful structure and i can't wait to top her and use the top as a cutting for the next round.
Next week I'll start some LST on lola after I top her. This week I removed 2 leaves from her and that was painfull for me since those were perfect leaves but you know how it works.
The 2 amnesia cuttings (Sol and Luna) are getting in shape for flowering, they are almost filling the entire pot. The canopi is now pretty even, I really like LST, I think is my favorite technique and the activity I like the most while growing.
I topped Lola on Febrary 2nd
This was a transplant week! So i added a little more molases to inoculate and feed the microorganisms. I use molases every week.
I started to train Lola last week and she is responding really well. I accidentally damage one of the 2 new top colas and I tried to help her recover but at the end it died so i decided to cut the other one in order to maintain the symetry in her shape.
I used that cola as a cutting alongside with the original top so now I have 2 cuttings from Lola in the kindergarden while they spread their new roots
Juli and Violeta are growing with better structure since their apices are elongating and that is something I was waiting for many weeks since Lola did that some weeks ago.
Violeta showed some signs of overfeeding because she was growing slower than Juli and her leaves were dark green and crispy. So I decided not to feed her in the middle of the week but just to water her with some Melafort2 (molases). At the end of the week she was better than ever so that was an easy fix
I'm planning to top them (Juli and Violeta) next week since they are growing at a good pace, specially their apices. Once I top them I'm starting some LST few days after that topping.
On the other hand there are the two amnesia cuttings (Sol and Luna) that started their flowering stage this week. I like to cut 2 hours per day so it was 4 days in total until saturday (11th) when they received 12hr of light. They are growing realy good.
They resemble each other a lot, it's fascinating but expected :)
I defoliate them almost every week cutting some leaves, not too many
This week was great and full of gardening work
Sol and Luna are flowering well, I'm feeding them with Top Bloom (1.5ml/L) and some Humifort (0.5ml/L). I removed some leaves trying to improve light penetration to the lower canopi
Lola is getting in good flat shape and she is almost full green all along the branches and that's a good healthy sign
I topped Juli this week as you can see and some days later I started to train her, her branches are strong and well developed as well as Lola's and Violeta's, they all are really healthy so far, I'm really happy
Regarding Violeta, I also topped her this week and she is so alike to Juli, they are almost twins
This last two weeks have been really sunny so I Grabbed them out almost every morning to recieve sun light and that's worth to mention because they love it
Sol and Luna are flowering well, I'm feding them with Top Bloom (2ml/L). I'm out of space so a friend will take care of them until harvest.
The strong berries are developing good and responding well to training getting bigger and bigger each day.
This week I tighted theem once again to open space in the middle. They look beautiful at the end
I'm watering 2 times a week with 1L per plant and the solution described above
They were just vibing this week, getting used to the new spread open shape. They had their leaves straight up almost every day on this week
They will need a little more food for the next week
They are in good shape, son leaves are just a little yellow but they all look beautiful and healthy.
All three plants are big, the biggest I've grown so far
This week I switched them to flowering stage. On march 23rd they were recieving just 12 hours of light. They were ready to flower and growing fast so that was perfect since I'm running out of space
I watered them with 1.5L with the solution described above. I make this procedure twice a week.
This week They were defoliated and spread once again.
First week of flower, they are growing so good, this are the largest plants I've had and they are just ragging upwards with nice shape and color
I used the same watering regime from last week and I think next week I will raise the nutrients a little bit
Second flowering week and they are stretching fast. I'm really happy with the results so far.
I kept the same watering regime since they were showing good color and no underfeeding sign.
Pistils are appearing this week and the smell is starting to fill the house haha
This is the third week of flowering and I raised the nutrients and started to use PK 13-14 from bionova
I use the solution described above and dilute it in 1.6L. That is for each plant, twice a week
They finished the stretching and the pistils are fully deployed hece I'm starting to provide more phosphorus and potassium
I defoliated them once more, they were too bushy and I also cut some lowers
They are growing so good this week and recieving some hours of sunlight
The buds are getting bigger along the days, Big buds are expected if everything is right as it's been
In this week you can notice the calixes are growing along the pistils and the smell is better each day.
This week I watered with 2L each plant, every 3 days. In fact I've been watering every 3 days since 3rd week of flowering because they were asking me for more. The soil was getting dryer each time so I had to rise the watering regime not only in volume but also in frequency.
I think both this and the next week will have the maximun nutrition/EC of the entire cycle, after that I will begin to lower the EC the last weeks.
At the end of this week I defoliated them once again to promote light penetration to the lower canopi,
This week has been a simple ride, they have all the nutrients and light to keep doing their thing. I also defoliated them last week so this week they are just vibing.
They will be fed 3 times this week cause I water every 3 days and this week the waterings were on monday, thursday and sunday, so I decided to let them rest a bit from fertilizers on thursday and I prepared a lighter solution: Algafort2 1ml/L and Melafort2 1ml/L.
I watered them with just 1.6L each one and hence, 1.6ml from each product.
On sunday I plan to feed them normaly with 2L of water and the solution described on the chart as on Monday.
You can see some pictures of the lower canopi that I found interesting. In fact, all three plants have different training aproaches. They all had really nice results even for those branches that couldn't reach certain height.
Those branches developed nice little buds, and there is a decent amount of light reaching them.
As flowering aproaches to the end you just let them ride, hence this was also an easy week overall.
I started to lower the EC to 1.1 in the first watering and then in the second one it was just 1.0 EC by reducing the soil mix volume to just 1ml/L.
Next week I'll continue to reduce the EC more drastically since it's the final one acording to the breeder
They were also a bit defoliated once again to promote light penetration to the lowest buds.
The tricomes are almost 90% cloudy white around the plant, I'm just waiting some more days until more tricomes turn completely milky white and maybe some of them turn amber, that's how I like it
I'm really happy with the results in this grow cycle, this will be the biggest yielder so far
Not much to say about this week except I stopped feeding them almost entirely and just continued with molases.
I think next week will be harvest week since tricomes are all practically cludy white, I like to see some ambar coloured ones so I'll wait just a little more.
The plants are looking phenomenal, every person who've looked at them got amazed and so do I, the bud's structure and development were better than I expected
Sorry for those bad tricome shots through the lenses
This grow cycle was really enjoyable, everything turned out really great everytime and the final product is phenomenal, those are the best buds and plants I've grown so far.
I'm really excited to see what's coming next
