I added worm castings and watered with banana water once. I need to figure out a good standard nutrient to use that's easily accessible and inexpensive.
@Apple_Jack514, Oh yeeeeaaaa it is, I even looked up where your seed(purple lemonade) was listed to come from cause I wanted to get some seeds of that, but oh well custom. I think it's the first strain I wanted to grow based on aesthetics. I like how the purple developed in your plant. I was saying that, separately, I would like my GMP to be more purply since purple is in its name and if you look at my pics there's no purple at all yet. But your Purple Lemonade was purpling at week 6 and it looked awesome! 😍
@DabbertGlobberfield, many blessings to you and your quest for the purple. The purple in week 6 is from the purple lemonade though, not grandmommy purple. I'm still vegging my two mother plants. Just trying to get em healthier before flowering.
@Herbies_Seeds, thank you so much for your blessings! This is my second order through you guys and I truly will not go anywhere else! Much Love to every single person that works at Herbies Seedbank!
@Apple_Jack514 lol 😆
Sounds like a 'day off' smoke.
Bit worried about what I'll find when I turn the light on, young Grace, my gorrilla cookies, had stretched like a piece of string overnight & didn't look to stable 😬
@CreatureCreator, I would stop cutting at her. Idk if it was from me topping. I never messed up there light cycle enough to make changes like that I don't think. Good luck with your girls. I've got a new dos si dos seedling growing.
Quick dried a larfy low down bud to try & it's lovely weed ! Thankfully, the pungent lilac smell is being replaced by fruit as she dries. Hope you enjoy yours as much.
@Newbie87, haha I attempted to quick dry one the other day, it tasted so bad. Lol I won't be using a microwave again.... I'm excited to here yours are turning out tasty. I'm harvesting either today or tomorrow and we'll do it right and see how she tastes then. Lol
Hey hey... about your trying to plant up some household plants.... I wouldn't soak ANY of them in water before potting them up! Just plunk them in a pot with some soil. The Christmas cactus will definitely wilt but that's ok... it just needs time... and the aloe plant is a succulent and they don't like a lot of water even when they're in dirt!! The oregano is the same as the cactus... it might wilt, it might even die back ... but you should soon start to see some new growth coming along if you water it at least once a week... And no particular need of nutrients here, either... maybe once a month hit them with some Miracle Gro - but that's about it. I would put the oregano in a sunny window... the Christmas cactus and the aloe should go into bright light but not full sun.... :-D
@GrowingGrannie, lol ok I will definetly remember this. I need to find a good pot to place them in before I can get em out of the water but they seem to be doing good.
Great that you started this diary!! It truly WILL help you keep tabs on what goes right, what goes wrong, what could be improved, what you want to repeat... Good luck with the ladies... I'll go look for your question (can't remember what it was!) and see if I can help in any way... you can always send me a DM - that's the little paper airplane in the lower right hand corner of any page.. it's essentially a text capability between growers.... and if it's green, it means you have a message from someone so just click on it!
