break-up cake 😭 💔 50ml infused coconut oil 100g flour 30g starch 1tsp baking powder 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup – 1 cup oat/almond drink 50g walnuts/hazelnuts/cashew/or coconut, chopped or ground 2tbs chia with water optional 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt or vanilla pudding a pinch himalaya salt 100g dark chocolate melted 1tbs cocoa 1/2 tsp kardamom 1/2 tsp tonka (vanilla bean) just add some oat drink or almond milk if too dry frozen cherries (unfrozen) with juice just mix everything like on the pics, except for the cherries, they go on top. you can also add cherries, raspberries, mango etc directly to the dough. just make sure it matches the dark chocolate. i used a small cake pan, for the usual size please double the ingredients! if you use the big cake pan, bake for 40-45 minutes. my portion is 1/6 of the small cake, and then i'm basically baked myself. 😍 feel love while eating!!! ❤️
