I made these seeds myself, letting the Male pollinating the Female in the same tent. I dropped pollen with a paintbrush on 2 different occasions, then shook the male over the female a couple times as well.
Harvested most the seeds after the female plant died of thirst, around Bloom Day 65-67, but some earlier around Bloom day 53-55.
These seeds were soaked then direct sowed. Originally using 6 seeds but settled on 10. Success germination rate of 100%.
Bred by Dark Horse Genetics, purchased Chem Berry D from Parkland Flowers then reproduction by moi.
Who knows where this project will go. I collected a whole bunch of seeds, they seem to be very healthy.
This week I realized the male plant was labelled as female and vice-versa. I closed all vents, poor air circulation, hot, some leaves are taco-ing. In order to cool down the tent, I have been leaving. the door open while having a window shooting fresh air. Hoping the pollen does not fly all over the place until I find a solution.
Top dress at beggining of Wk3..
First watered a bit, then dug in the soil 2 tbs of 4-4-4, 1 tbs of kelp, 1 tbs of 2-8-4 to female plant. Male plant only 4-4-4 ...
The buds are developing beginning Wk3 on the female plant, I'd like to pollinate soon.
Very satisfied considering the tent does it owns thing. No fans running, door sometimes left open to let hot air out...I have been leaving a window open to cool the tent down, bringing the relative humidity. I think calcium is lacking in the female plant. I recently top dressed with worm casting, seasoil, promix and gaig green 2-8-4. The pots are sitting on a lid directly on the ground. Floor gets colder in wintertime in Alberta.
