Hydro-Super Skunk

Weed_marseille I had to get other seeds, only one Super Skunk sprouted. 🌱 I only managed to germinate one seed out of 5. So I took some fast version hybrids from Sweet Seeds to make up for it. That seems to be a good compromise, they germinate easily.

Weed_marseille Here we go! All the pots are ready for a good session. 🌱 I'm going to carefully calibrate my ⚗️ "soup" with temperature, pH, and EC. There's a germination delay, but it should go well.

Weed_marseille A new week of vegetation. The humidity is important, you can see it with the droplets forming at the edge of the leaves. I won't plug in the ventilation right away.

Weed_marseille Vegetation period heat and humidity are on point. I'm going to remove the heads of #2 and #3 this week.✂️ Or maybe not, the F1s don't seem to need it at this early stage. I've set up the ventilation and the air renewal is doing them good.

Weed_marseille The first pistils are appearing, soon the defoliation. I changed the fan for a smaller one, it gives the plants more space, it ventilates the top of the canopy. I set up the carbon filter. Alert 🚨 I misprogrammed the night duration, which was too short by 2 hours. Error fixed, I'm going to invest in a smart power strip that I can control better than my old mechanical stuff.

Weed_marseille This week I'm keeping an eye on the soup and feeding my babies with the right mix just like last week. The roots are clogging the holes in the pot, so I did a bit of cleaning. The flowers are slowly maturing.

Weed_marseille The buds are thickening and a sweet smell fills the box. 💨 I'm watching the bulbs sprout. 🌺 every day. The Skunk and Crystal mix is no problem. You can really see the difference in the pistils between the two strains. A little defoliation at the end of the week. Buds about to burst.

Weed_marseille ⚗️This week I adjusted my soup to make it more basic and improve the absorption of Ca (calcium) My soup is really too acidic and overloaded with nutrients, I'm slowly raising it from 4.9 to 6 by adding some tap water with calcium and a bit of PH + I'm going to clean the nutrients for 48 hours with the flash clean from Thursday to Saturday. Preparation for the final nutrient.

Weed_marseille Here we go! The last 10 days, after cleaning for 48 hours with Flash Clean, I need to empty the tank as much as possible. I added final part (Ripen) specific nutrients for the end of flowering, following the dosages. There's no more nitrogen to provide, it's phosphorus and potassium that will be offered to the flowers. 🌺 I'm gradually removing the yellow leaves 🍃 which allows light to penetrate better. 💡 By the end of the week, the solution is acidifying quickly, and I check the pH daily to stay above 6.

Weed_marseille End of the 7th week of flowering, the Crystal Candy seem ripe, the Super Skunk too. I’ll be harvesting soon, I’ll see tomorrow Monday or Tuesday.

Weed_marseille 5 days in the dark box, fan on full blast but not directly on the plants. Little by little I'm removing the big leaves.
