I’m using our own No Stress training which we call the Hedge Method. Do not top plant, simply start moving your light/s away from the plant and it will grow towards the light. Once it gets big enough you can use twist ties or gardening wire. Anyway the end result will grow your plant horizontally and causing little to no stress at all.

So this is like 3 1/2 maybe 4 weeks from seed. Plant has 8 nodes already. She is starting to bush out. The main stalk is already bigger than a #2 pencil in diameter. Will be continuing to gently pull down top of plant until it reaches other side of grow closet. Basically growing the plant horizontally. Once again I’m not going to trim any leaves or branches. With this method you want as many branches as possible. A quick explanation of the Hedge Method. The hedge method grows the plant horizontally which makes all the bud sites try and compete to be the top of the plant making all the buds the same size basically and yields more and distributes light way better

Still continuing to veg. Pulling her down slightly ever so often without causing stress. And without removing any branches or leaves. Also added more lights. During this hedge process you’ll want to place lights on the top and the sides. So that all the leaves and branches get light.
