Yep, she hungry. Find some good food for it with a nice NPK ratio. Since it's in veg, you'll want something with a nice amount of nitrogen(N), some phosphorus(P), and a nice amount of potassium(K). Something that's 4-4-4 works pretty good. Or, nitrogen heavy, like 6-2-4. You could even get 4-4-4 and add extra nitrogen. There are companies that make CalMag+, which is 2-0-0 mixture of calcium and magnesium. Mixing that and 4-4-4 together will do vegging plants some good. LST is the best way to train plants, in my opinion. You don't need to trim any branches off, you just train them in different directions. Keep up with defoliating shade(fan) leaves that cover branch/bud nodes and the branches that you're training will start throwing a Lot of side branches. it's really easy to basically sculpt your plant to look like you scrogged it, without using a scrog net/trellis.
