Germination End of Week (1/7/23)
Halloween and Seedsman were good to me this year and delivered this tasty little bean. Since I'm a big sativa connoisseur and enjoy high THC bud, I couldn't wait to fit this in my grow schedule so I skipped the Ghost Train Wreck Haze (all time favorite) grow.
Out of 2 Purple Ghost Candy seeds one successfully germinated(Germination 12/31/22). Popped that little gem into a Rapid Rooter cube and into the seedling incubator until roots start shooting through the cube.

End of Week 1 (1-15-23)
The beginning of the week, Purple Ghost Candy (PGC) roots were coming through the Rapid Rooter cube, so I transplanted her into 1 gallon pot and started an easy nute feeding (seedling). I'll keep her
in this pot until she is ready for topping at the 5th node.
End of Week 2 (1-22-23)
Purple Ghost Candy (PGC) is really grooving right now and has doubled in size this week. I'll continue with the feeding schedule and maintain the basics (temp, humidity, pH).
Through out the week, every morning, I'll mist her with some water (morning due).
Peace, love, and happy growing!
End of Week 3 (1-29-23)
Purple Ghost Candy (PGC) is a happy lady right now. She is already starting to grow out the 5th node and the lower side branches will be ready for clones soon. PGC will be ready for some training
soon. I will prolly be topping her sometime in the middle of this coming week and grabbing some clones.
Until next time.....
Peace, love, and happy growing!
End of Week 4 (2-5-23)
This week, Purple Ghost Candy (PGC) was enrolled into training class. Yep, that's right! It's that time! Midweek was the topping session at the 5th node and transplant into a 5 gal smart pot. On Saturday we started the manifold training session, by removing all leaves and side branches except for the top two leaves and side branches. The cuttings were put into the clone bubbler and should root in about 7-10 days. PGC has responded well to training class and will be left alone for recovery. Once the top side branches have a couple of nodes, I'll do some LST by bending over the top branches and continue on manifold building.
Peace, love, and happy growing!
End of Week 5 (2-12-23)
Purple Ghost Candy (PGC) has responded really well to last weeks training session (topped at 5th node). The top two branches grew enough in a few days to begin LST and start forming the manifold. I didn't want the top branches to get too long else the lower part of the branch gets too woody and are more prone to snapping. So I've used fishing weights to maintain the bend until the top branches get long enough to tie down to the sides of the pot.
Peace, love, and happy growing!
