Future #1 First Grow

Thurs 19th Jan 2023 - Future #1 Seedlings 7 days from germination ... The seedlings are looking good. All 3 seeds cracked within 12 hours and now a week later the seedlings are healthy. Sun 22nd Jan - Future #1 Seedlings are happy and healthy, made it through the first week without any trouble and hoping the rest of this journey will be just as smooth. Tues 24th Jan - all the seedlings appear to be healthy and growing well, just have 1 slightly slower one but she shouldn't be too far behind. Gave them a dribble of plain water today and will look to begin feeding next week after the transplant.

30th Jan 2023 - Day before transplant and all 3 girls are doing fine, going through water nicely and ready for the first nutes to be added. Tomorrow each one will move into its own 22L pot with an 80/20 Coco/Perlite mix. They will all also be innoculated with Dynomyco and given the first dose of the Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur regime. 2nd Feb 2023 - The day after transplant and the conditions in the tent seem good for early veg and the girls will hopefully take well to the Dynomyco in the Coco. They have been growing at a nice pace and all look very healthy, just need to get them a little bigger before I start the training I want. I'm debating a scrog or not. 4th Feb 2023 - Noticed some burn on the 2 smaller pheno's today so decided to make up a nutrient reservoir and flush the Coco through. I thought I had run enough water through to start well but turns out I failed 🙆‍♀️🤦. The pH out the bottom was 6.0 so I'm hoping that problem has been dealt with. I will keep a close eye on things and update with pics in a couple of days. The conditions in the tent are very good so the root base should be able to dry out soon enough.

4th Feb 2023 - just a quick check on the tent after the ph issues started, but it looks like I've managed to get things under control right now. Fingers crossed they have got over that hurdle and can use the conditions to their advantage. Will update in a couple of days with the progress.

Friday Feb 17th 2023 - Sorry for the late update. I have spent the last 2 weeks at the hospital. This is how things are looking at the moment. Hopefully everything will spring back.

27th February 2023 - Two of the three appear to be stunted. Either their roots aren't growing properly or they are dodgy pheno's. I've decided to stab at the roots a little to see if I can encourage the girls to root out a bit. Fingers crossed they take the damage and tell me to fuck off by growing stronger 😂. The larger one appears to be doing very well, branching is insane on thes plants. I've trimmed off a lot of low level bullshit today and given her a feed. Will see how she fares over the next week.

Sunday 5th March 2023 - These girls are starting to look a little better now that I've had a poke at their roots. I'm hoping it has encouraged them to start stretching out into the rest of their pots. I have also flushed them then dried them out then given them a big feed today to hopefully give them a boost for the next few days. Not much else to update other than the branching on these is extreme. They have very short internodes and many branches including on the branches themselves. I will have to strip some of them off sooner or later. There are some flimsy ones that definitely need removal but they are looking better than they did.

Thursday 09th March 2023 - The 2 runts have started to do a bit better with the rootbase now after I poked them a bit. I also dried out the pots and then gave them a feed. Hopefully the roots will take hold, and the little ones will start to grow a bit more like the other one. They are taking a reasonable feed, they could probably use a flush day and they should get strong enough to grow fast.

Monday 13th March 2023 - The girls got a little bit of burn from the recent feed but not too much to be fair. I have given them a flush feed yesterday so not running water through the root base completely but just plain water to dissolve extra nutes in the roots. They do seem happy and getting on with it. I lollipopped the branches on the 2 small ones today and I will have a go at the big one on Tuesday. See if I can clean up some of the airflow haha.

17th March 2023 - This week has been fairly simple so far, the girls have only had water for the last 2 days to mop up extra nutes in the root base and to fully soak the roots and give them a lot to drink before they are allowed to dry out and force the roots to reach for water. Hopefully should develop a strong root system ready for flowering.

Friday 24th March 2023 - the girls are starting to really busy out now. A whole lot of branching that needed to be trimmed and short internodes. The girls look to be getting happier and will hopefully be strong for the flowering stage. Just need this auto outta the tent first so I can wack up the script net.

Monday 3rd April 2023 - These girls are doing very well, vegging a lot longer than I had planned but the auto in the tent is taking longer than expected. These girls like a good feed but not too strong and the do flourish after a flush and dry out period. Just waiting to scrog the 3 of them and see what happens for the turn.

Thursday 20th April 2023 - These girls got a bit cramped and hot in the previous tent so I have upgraded to a 2x2x1 and hopefully this will give them room to breathe. I will be fitting a scrog net over the next week and setting up the plants ready to flower. Just need to get them all settled.

Thursday 27th April 2023 - This girl was getting too big so she has now been scrog-ed ready for shifting into 12/12. The other 2 will be done as soon as I get another net but at least I can start filling out the tent properly now.
