Mokum's Tulip 2023

~ 12th week - HARVEST ~ Mokum's Tulip reached the finish line. Looks amazing! She was cut down close to the ground, after removing all the leaves that had no resin. Then hung up as a whole in a dark, well ventilated place at 18°C. When it dries - then i'll weigh, smoke and review.

The plants dried in the dark for over a month - at 15°C and 55% humidity. During this time, they have obtained excellent consistency and parameters without need of extra curing - ready to smoke or store. After drying, almost all green disappeared from the plants - shades of beige and red dominated and the blinding glow of trichomes. I divided each of them into two parts - better and best. The best - consisted of buds coming from the central main cola and only the top buds of the side branches. And it will be stuff for my daily use. Everything else has been turned into hashish. Mokum's Tulip (the smallest plant of the crop) yielded a total of 48g of goods - 13g for marijuana smoking and 35g for hash (i got 8,5 g of high quality hashish from this amount). Very easy to grow, strong compact plant. Incredible appearance due to the intense colors. When smoked, marijuana leaves a pleasantly salty taste in the mouth - like a refreshing sea breeze. But there's also a bit of bitterness - very delicate. It's hard to describe - it reminds me of a pharmacy. Overall a very interesting and unusual taste. It has a calming and relaxing effect, but not lazy - it does not interfere with everyday activities (as long as you do not overdose). I like it very much. I haven't tried hashish yet - i will only when it's aged enough, which is not sooner than in about 3 months. But i already know it's going to be excellent stuff :)
