Ba-BAM! This time around, I'm going with a little photoperiod... Chem OG she shall be! Let's see what the good ol Viparspectra P2000 can push out this time.😀 Jan. 13th - Jan. 19th I like to start seeds by giving them a little scuf from some sandpaper, let them soak for about 18 hrs in water, then move them to paper towel and wait for that beautiful tongue stick out. After that, I'll place her in some soil, which I activated (added water) a couple of days before hand. Drop a home made dome on top... BAM! New Grow!😂 Using Viparspectra P2000 at about half strength... (For temp control and light intensity) Using Kryptonite Living Soil... Just add water Happy Growing! 👉😀👈

First week of VEG!👈 Jan. 20th - 26th Chem OG is rip raring to go...😁 She's looking healthy and grew about 2 inches by the end of the week. - Homemade domes work! - Inserted a stick for support - End of week... 2 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 60% (Temp and light Intensity purposes) By the looks of it, I will be transplanting her probably early week. I'm going to use a 3 gallon fabric pot for her forever home. I will throw a fan in there to give the stem a little strength. Don't want her to be the drunken cousin at the family picnic...😂 Happy Growing! 👉😀👈

Transplant week! 😎 Jan. 27th - Feb. 2nd So far, so good! Chem OG is certainly thriving this week. She had to be upgrade to her new home! I usually take pics of the roots, but I got a little high and by the time I realized, she was already pack in!😂😵 - Forgot Pics - Transplant week! - 3 gallon fabric pots - 5 gallon size drip pans - 500 ml of water - End of week... 4 inches tall - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% (Temp and light Intensity purposes) Chem OG's root system could have been more developed in the solo cup before transplant... but I decided as long as everything went smooth, it will accelerate her growth... and it did!😀 By the end of the week, Chem OG is looking fantastic! I watered around the base so the root ball can form better. Eventually, I'll water from the bottom up and closer to the outside of the pot on top watering. With good temps, strong light and out of this world techniques, I should be back next week!😂😅 Happy Growing! 👉😃👈

No Tops Week! 👈 Feb. 3rd - Feb. 9th What a gem Chem is... 😵 Her transplant could have waited a little longer, at least that's what I thought. She matched her roommates recovery and growth time this week. No shock, no stunted growth, just smooth growing... - Topped @ 3rd node - Kept 1st, 2nd, and 3rd nodes - Bondage to 6 arms - Increased water 3L/week - Topped height 5 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% (Temp and light Intensity purposes) I added a lot more water then I usually do at this stage of the grow. It paid of big... wasn't really expecting to top this week. Whether the strain is good at recovery or not, I'm going to take credit with the extra water! It was the technique of 45 degree pouring!😂😅😳 Happy Growing! 👉😎👈

Recovery Week!👈 Feb. 10th - Feb. 16th After last weeks toppings and bondage, Chem OG is taking this week for recovery. There was some pH issues, but everything seems to be under control... old damage is still there though. - 6 arms - Bondage - Increased water 4L/week - Stretched to 8 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% Chem's six arms seems to be all growing at the same height. I might tie them down again to expose more nodes. I also thinking about switching them soon... probably around 12 - 16 inches. Don't want it to out grow the height of the lights.😁 Happy Growing! 👉😀👈

Week of more training!👈 Feb. 17th - Feb. 23rd Chem OG is loving life! She had a little stretch to 10 inches before I re-adjusted her arms and defoliation. - Re-adjusted 6 main arms - Defoliation - Exposed new tops to the light - Increased water 5.5L/week - 10 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% Chem OG was also quite thirsty this week... drank 5.5L of water just like her roommate. Even after I stripped her clean, she was still wanting more water... So far, the kryptonite soil is holding up... she's nice and green with no deficiencies. I'll top her up next week when I flip her to 12/12. Can't wait for flower!!!😍 Happy Growing! 👉😀👈

Flower Week!👈 Feb. 24th - Mar. 2nd First week of flower for Chem OG and I have to say that she is looking good. After being in the dark for 24 hours, she adjusted really well with the new schedule of 12/12. - Flipped on Feb. 27th - 24 hours of darkness before 12/12 - Exposed more tops to the light - Increased water 10L/week - 12 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% I like to put the girls in complete darkness for 24 hrs prior to flipping them... I found that every strain so far seemed to switch quicker... just make sure the humidity is low (under 45%) and have a fan blowing on them... don't want to get that white powdery mildew shit.😁 I am very surprised on how thirsty she is this week... I guess with the start of stretch, ya get thirsty! Other than flipping and drinking a couple of gallons of water, everything is on track. Happy Flowering! 👉😎👈

😎👊 Mar. 3rd - Mar. 9th - 12/12 schedule - Mid-week defoliation - Added Topsoil - Decreased water 6L/week - 15 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% It's off to the races we go! Chem OG is growing better then I expected... grew another 3 inches and is bushy AF.👈 Mid-week, I did a little stripping... then I decided to defoliate my girl!😂 Added some extra Kryptonite Soil so she'll have enough nutrients through out the grow. Chem only drank 6L this week... identical to what her roommate had. Also, she wasn't a fan of the lower temp... she likes night time to be around 18C-19C. Just remember...keep your joint lit! Happy Toking1 👉😵👈

Mar. 10th - Mar. 16th - 12/12 schedule - Another mid-week defoliation (heavy) - 6L/week - 16 inches - Kryptonite Soil (Just add water) - Viparspectra P2000 @ 100% Not much height growth for Chem OG... but she certainly got bushy!😁 I did a really heavy defoliation about mid-week since she bounced back from last weeks plucking. Hopefully, I will be in the same boat next week.... 😵! Happy Growing!👉😀👈

Harvest day is finally here! I find there is a good mixture of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes... not so much on the lower levels, but the day is still here.😁 Even though Chem OG turned a nice shade of purple, I couldn't get her very frosty. The lowest temps I could get were around 16C. Root System in fabric pots are always awesome to look at... when you compare the roots to plastic pots where they go round and round and get root bound, that never happens with fabric pots... it almost looks like there are no roots. I like doing a wet trim... I find it drys nicer with less chance of having a hay smell. I also added a humidifier around day 3 of drying. Humidity from day 1 - 3 was around 38% to 42%... Days 4 -7, Humidity was around 62% After 7 days, the thick stems had a really nice dry break when you bend it. I did somewhat of a dry rub on each bud to get the remaining dry sugar leaves off. Dry weight came in at 75.3 grams... which is awesome.😃 Chem OG is now in UV protected jars and getting burped daily! Thank you ViparSpectra for the opportunity to use your light. Quite impressed!😀 Thank you Female Seeds.😁 Happy Growing Everyone! 👉😀👈
