Defoliated the wedding glue and critical 2.0 mildly to improve airflow down low. Also started feeding them their first nutrients.
The hulkberry is maturing faster than the other 2 and I’m hoping for a good harvest on it. I think I’m done with LST and we’ll see how flowering goes!
Should I defoliate the remaining primarily yellow-brown, water stress damaged leaves on the hulkberry, or are they functioning and contributing to the growth of the plant and not harming it?
Believe it or not they are contributing to photosynthesis. The green parts at least.
What I like to do is just take my snips and clip off the burnt edges.
Hope this helps.
