Good growth this week it appears. I trimmed off the brown tips from most of the dehydrated leaves like the commenter last week suggested.
Hulkberry is THICCC. I have skinny forearms but the bud is almost as wide as them, great genetics!! They smell delicious as well.
The wedding glue is a step behind the critical 2.0 which is a step behind the hulkberry. I’ll likely harvest the hulkberry a week at least before the others, although I would have liked to harvest them all simultaneously.
I didn’t defoliate this week but I have good airflow, hopefully mold won’t be an issue in this flowering phase as humidity only creeps above 60, 65 tops briefly after waterings.
Should I defoliate the remaining primarily yellow-brown, water stress damaged leaves on the hulkberry, or are they functioning and contributing to the growth of the plant and not harming it?
Believe it or not they are contributing to photosynthesis. The green parts at least.
What I like to do is just take my snips and clip off the burnt edges.
Hope this helps.
