Having a pop at Weedseedsexpress version of Do Si Dos. Been an interesting start as I popped 3 beans from from WSE on the 19th. The other 2 strains cam in no worries within a day and we're potted and under light on the 22nd. The D-S-D however was a no show. This morning I noticed a bit of a shoot showing so assumed she was just slower. But on closer inspection she had spun in her jiffy and the root was growing out of the Coco and the rest was underground . So i cut open the jiffy and found a rather yellow looking beginning of a plant...So I spun her around closed the plug up and will get her into a solo cup to root in..
The trouble is I got worried and have since started soaking another do si dos and a Sunset Sherbet... I swore I would stick to 3 plants and it looks like I'm on 5 again.. Maybe it is the green gods making sure I harvest enough..💚😂🌿.
Some details about Do Si Dos .
This GSC x Face Off OG cross is a (70%) Indica dominant hybrid with a THC content of no less than 30%!
And what a beauty she is! Vivid orange pistils, sparkling white trichomes, and abundant leaves in hues of lilac and bright lime green. Besides, adding Face Off OG genetics to the natural sweetness of the Girl Scout Cookies gives this strain a pungent and earthy aroma, as well as soothing body effects.
Extremely high THC levels
Very resistant to mold
Mellow yet uplifting effects
Growing feminized Do-si-Dos seeds (indoor/outdoor)
Do-si-Dos cannabis seeds do well in both indoor and outdoor environments. A greenhouse (provided it is spacious enough) will also do nicely. The Do-si-Dos strain prefers temperate (beware of cooler nighttime temperatures) Mediterranean and tropical climates. With its high fungal resistance, this variety's ideal climate is semi-humid, with a daytime temperature ranging between 70-80F /21-27 C.
After germination, these feminized cannabis seeds grow into plants with long cone-shaped nugs covered in a thick layer of sweet sticky resin. The leaves are a deep hue of purple, which makes for a stunning contrast with its frosted buds and orange pistils.
The feminized Do-si-Dos strain has an average flowering time of 56 to 70 days.
When grown outdoors, the estimated harvest time for Do-si-Dos will be the end of September through Mid-October in the Northern Hemisphere.
Grown indoor Do-si-Dos cannabis plants remain at a modest height between 80 and 100 cm.
However, outdoors they can grow into quite massive plants with a max length of 250 cm.
Do-si-Dos feminized yield
Treat the Do-si-Dos strain right, and you will be rewarded with a high yield.
This mostly Indica strain provides you with an impressive yield between 400 and 500 grams per m².
Provide her with optimal conditions, and you can expect the same amount of amazing Do-si-Dos weed off every single plant after harvest, when grown outdoors.
Effects of the Do-si-Dos strain
With THC levels up to 30%, Do-si-Dos offers potent effects. Expect to feel happy, relaxed, and pleasantly sleepy all at the same time.
Do-si-Dos strain offers a surprising mix of powerful yet gentle effects. The initial high kicks in almost immediately and brings a cerebral euphoria that lasts for only a short while before turning into a peaceful body buzz and will wash over you, leaving you in an almost meditative state. A wonderful strain to completely zone out after a stressful day at work.
The seemingly minor CBD content of 1% offers surprising medicinal benefits like anti-inflammatory properties and relaxing sore muscles and joints. Furthermore, Do-si-Dos can relieve those suffering from nausea, depression, and chronic pain. And people struggling with insomnia will be especially thrilled with the solid soporific effects that send the user off to chill with mister Sandman in no time.
Side effects
Unlike you would expect with a parent like Girl Scout Cookies, Do-si-Dos isn't overly sweet but somewhat fruity and floral, pungent, and earthy like a typical Kush with just a hint of spices.
The dominant terpene in Do-si-Dos is limonene, to which it owes its refreshing citrus tones.
Origin of Do-si-Dos feminized marijuana seeds
Do-si-Dos finds its origin in the US, where Archive Seed Bank created the strain in 2016.
This Pacific Northwest breeder came up with the brilliant idea of crossing two OG Kush relatives: Girl Scout Cookies x Face Off OG.

She's back in track. Caught up with the other ladies got some nice roots showing in her solo cup. One week and then a report to final pots. Flip at week 4.
She gets sprays of fastplant spray from green buzz nutrients.
Not much else to say...
Thanks for passing.
Grow well.💚🌿🌿
A strong week for do si dos. She is in her final pot and gets a litre a day. I have 2 of these girls running so I put them in 5l pots of Ecothrive Coco lite. Plan is to put a net over the pair of them and scrog them.
Daily foliar spray of fast plant spray and a litre at lights on for now.
Photons are around 300umols plus uva. At lights off they get hit with an hour of far red for Emerson effect.
Thanks for looking.
Grow well 🌿💚
A nice week. Maybe humidity ran a bit higher than I wanted at times this week and i feel that do si dos wants ABIT drier than the others.her leaf showed a bit of twisting in its growth whic I have had before with too high Rh. She still grows fine and is putting good growth in.
EC of 0.8 made up from grow plus other beneficial additives. I will start a week earlier next run if I use Coco. I think my environment was so on point this run they had made roots much quicker then normal for me and would have been happier being watered. Foliar feeding is still happening with fast plant spray.
Topping will happen this week.
I have a second do si dos growing a week behind and she is very yellow from me starting to feed to late. It's not an issue as she is growing fine and in fact has great posture . I've put a couple of pics of her in to show what I mean..
That's it this week..
Thanks for stopping by..
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
A pleasant week with no drama. She topped and having higher grow feeds now upto 1.1ec as the light schedule will be reduced this week to a 12/12.
She has some monster 3rd node branches that look like they have been lifting weights and are ready to hold some big flowers..🤞🏼
Few shots if plant 2 also that is still more yellow but is still super happy and growing as I would how .
Thanks for stopping by.
Grow well 🌿🙏🏼🌿💚
Nothing to report. She gets bigger wants higher feeds no training apart from a topping a week ago.
This plants gonna be chunky.💕
Sorry for the lite details this week. I have all sorts of crazy shit going on. Pets sick. Family dieing..
Next week I hope to have a bit more time. I kinda want to show the other dos si do. She's yellow and mutated. Her second node has 2 branches per side.. what a cool mutation..🤣.
See you next week.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
A really nice week.
Feeds are at 1.3 to 1.5. ratios have changed and we're upping the p and k.
This plant is just stunning. Apart from her topping she's had no work really apart from a lower trim.
Cant wait for some flowers
This one also has carried a mutation wit a tri cola on node 1 I did not notice until now.
Until next week.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
A nice week. No dramas.
Flowers are showing. I will need to make a support for her soon.
Feeds up to 1.8ec. grow is gone and just bloom and some more pk this week.
That is all for now.
Thanks.
I love this plant. She is so strong and grows with a lot of vigor. I am a little annoyed as I have been quite busy so I have been feeding the room the same mix and I think this one is started to show signs she is pissed off at me . There are the start of nutrient burn on her tips. I do not like this. I do not want this. So I I'll make her a slightly different feed this week and reduce the EC by a bit. Back down to a 1.5-1.6ec .
Lights are at 40% drawing 180w. Lovely..😎
Uvb is not on yet as I have been away working and don't want to scare my wife away from the great job she does feeding when I'm away.. so I will deploy it as soon as I'm back and can be around to observe the effect.. it's all new to me so a bit of a lesson to carry forward to future grows...
Thanks for passing.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
I really like how this girl has turned out. Her structure is so easy to work with and if I had the space and time this would make such a good mainline project. A long veg and a bigger pot,I'm in 5l as I had space issues and I'm so annoyed I picked the dos si do for the small pot. This would have been a monster...
That aside she spent the last few weeks in flower under my X bars. It was all a bit cramped so today I have broken out my trusty viparspectra XS 2000 to extend my photon coverage. I have lowered the main array again and dimmed back to 45%. The XS is running at 40%. I now have given a lot more space so light penetration is much much better..
Feeds have been a bit too hot for this girl at 1.8ec. if I had the time I would be giving her 2 feeds a day at around 1.4ec but I do not have the time so she has been getting same as others but is drying out so much quicker given she has more than 50% less substrate.. I think she will be okay but I'm at the point of mixing her a separate feed ... It's not an issue apart from the fact I like nice healthy leaves and it messes with my karma if I see I've burnt my plants...
UVB is now running twice a day for 1hr per session. Get the UVR8 proteins going..
Thanks for passing.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
Not much to report this week for dosidos. She eats she gets fatter and frostier.
My only issue is I have run out of big fruits which is a flowering booster that I depend on now for dense buds.. I hope I can source some more before too long
Otherwise feeds are a steady 1.8 phbis 6.4 to 6.5. all good
Thanks for looking.
Grow well.🌿💚🙏🏼🤘🏼
Hello.
Lovely week for dosidos. Nothing has happened to speak of. She gets frostier and denser . The smells are sweet and skunky and she is pretty to look at.
At 5l of Coco I think I should have gone a bit bigger. I think she is more root than the pot wants to allow but we're stuck like this now. If you wanna grow this strain maybe worth a note...🤔
I will remove more pk this week and reduce her EC to 1.6. just from Greenbuzz Nutrients Organic Bloom.
Lights are at 60% 1100umols average across the canopy.
Thanks for passing.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
An easy week. She's started to fade into some nice purples in her leaf. I like this look and with the heavy frosting and light pistils to me she looks great.
Feeding has been reduced to about 1.4 to 1.5ec as she comes into her last week. I won't be flushing her as I don't see the point. I will feed her for 4 days then she will have just water and beneficials for last few days.
I'm very happy with this girl. Even though she is in a tiny pot I got a good result. The compacting of substrate I was getting due to her massive root mass has been eased off a bit after a gave her the ancient technique of the 1000 holes randomly stabbed into the substrate with a kebab skewer...
I think I will chop her next weekend . She was advertised as needing 56-70 days. Were on 56 today. We'll see.bi like to chop when I have all milky and just a turn of amber. Usually I will finish at around 10% amber after she's hung for 10 days.
Thanks for looking at this beautiful girl.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
Today I chopped the 4 main tops taking off 170g of very dense very ready buds to dry. The lowers need another week and now have much better light.
The tops I've taken down are super dense with a nice dank smell of skunky goodness. Not really got a personality of her own yet but I'm confident it will develop.
Super frosty sticky flower . I'm very happy so far.
The rest of the plant will get another 7-10 depending on how long my Hindu Kush and jack herer take. I will keep feeding her for another 3 days then will give all plants a course of clean fruits for 7 days.
Thanks for stopping by.
Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼
Just an easy plant to grow that if you keep your environment in check and give her what she asks for you will be rewarded with some beautiful buds.
Really good example of a dosidos. Well done weedseedsexpress 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
A super version of dosidos that grew with a great structure. One topping and then just left to it. I wish she had been in a bigger pot as she got a little rootvound toward the end. I'm not sure why I put her in a 5l. Bigger pot next time🤔
I harvested her in 2 stages and I'm glad I did. The extra 12 days allowed her lowers to finish up and we were left with a nice haul. I also have the yellow mutant dosidos that came good in the end and gave me another 225g but I have no diary for that one.
Will be back in a couple of weeks of 17c and 58%.
@@OimRausch,thanks man. I'm finding it hard to motivate myself. Need to re pot but I'm feeling a bit lazy. I blame the long cold winter and the lack of real sunlight.. will be good soon. I may just sit under my UVB lamp and trick my body..😜🤣🤣
@Mrs_Larimar, very vigorous so far.. big hybrid /Indica leafset. I topped her this morning but I still think the stretch is going to be big . Thanks for having a look.🌿💚
