Lessgo! 🌱
1 week to the Day; seed in soil. Off to a get start…still watering with a spray bottle multiple times during the day. Will wait a couple of weeks before repotting. Contemplating 24hr lights, but will investigate. Growing 4 different plants, each have their own diaries but group picture for the record books!
All seeds have germinated! Small successes…🌱🌱🌱
I have 4 seeds that I started at the same time, so they are the 1st class of 2023! Nice root systems, added some Rooting Powder to my Ocean Forest soil to prep the new home. I have the lights at 25% on 24hr light cycle. Gave a good watering, added nutrients 🌱🌱🌱
A week in her new home, had no problems and I can see her blossoming, I feel like she’s gonna be my break out star! Looking forward to this grow! I think the Cleaner Kelp and new digs are accepted! Changed to a 18:6 light cycle, added an ExHale bag to the tent…. Lessgo! 🌱

Welp… this one is DEFINITELY growing slower than I expected. Will give thrive in the next watering cycle. I want to see more leaf growth before topping, for sure!
Transplanted to a 5gal yesterday, I haven’t topped her, yet, but she will be the next to take a little off the top. Good looking root system, added rooting powder to the soil for the transplant… watered in with Fish Fertilizer. She’s already peeking up! Good week, still progressing 🌱🌱
It’s oddly difficult to snip any leaves… I’m never certain if I’m removing enough, too little or stressing the plant. Snipped a bit and made and attempt at LST. She’s still a bit short so the clips still overwhelm her a bit….but she’s opened up a bit with them, can clearly see that. Worm castings and cleaner kelp to help her pep up!
Defoliation… once I removed some fan leaves, I noticed some discoloration in a few leaves and a bit of powdery mildew starting on a couple of the lower leaves. I’ll apply Lost Coast to everything in the tent when the dark cycle starts and bump up the exhaust fan to reduce the humidity.
I’m concerned 😟 …I have curling in the leaves, I think the light was too close…moved the light away and lowered the intensity to 75%. I’m going to just leave her be, I’ve put water and nutes in the self watering tray so she can just exist. There are some buds starting but it does seem like it’s stalling a bit. 😏
What’s causing the leaf tips to curl? I moved the light away and reduced the power to 75%. Please advise on how I can address this. Looks like her growth has changed, a bit slower and a bit lengthy.
look like light burn and to much humidity
for light will be better if u download PPFD Meter and try fix your light height also PPFD for flowering stage is 800-1 000
The ideal cannabis flowering humidity is between 40% to 60% keep it around 50% will be perfect
late flowering 1-2 weeks before harvest bring down humidity levels as much as you can 30-40%
It’s been 2 weeks since the last update for this one. I lost color around the edges of the leaves, I started having an issue with powdery mildew and she just looked funky. I sat her outside😏… Still just providing water, no nutes… she actually seems to like the outside
Oh boy! I feel defeated by this one a bit. I was struggling with the lighting needs, struggling to keep humidity low and struggling with my nutrient schedule. Sooo… I sat her outside 😬 although her leaves look funky, the stretch is over and the NIDs are developing… she likes the outside! I’m still keeping her on her 12/12 schedule, I move her inside to the garage for darkness but, I’ll need to learn a lot before planting another NL seed! I have 19 more seeds…I gotta get this right. YouTube, here I come! Making changes but…Still growing🌱
