Automatics are special . But if you treat them like automatics they will be grateful and big, giving you a big yield. For your next automatic grow. After germination put the girls in her final pot filled with fluffy prefertilised Soil. If the sit to long in smal pots they stop to grow/ in worst case they start flowering. they love it to stretch their roots in enoough space. Most automatics dont like it to be topped. But they respond very well to LST and grow biiig Buds . Ive grown that year5 Different automatic strains and just doing 3 things right gave me a good yield. Happy growing for you

Hi @AussieChron! Some breeders work hard on stabilizing genetics through a drastic selection, trying to improve some specific traits of the strain in order for the seeds to be quite the same (stabilized phenotypes looking almost all the same). However, some breeders don't, and do release their strains as soon as they can without further testing/selecting. You can expect very good results from autoflowering strains but the environment needs to be perfectly controlled, they're really easy to stunt. So my guess is that either you had a bad phenotype / unstable strain, either you had pretty bad conditions such as heat, lack of light, or invaders/bugs... Happy growing 👊

Did you use a local seedbank AussieChron or run the customs gauntlet?
AussieChron
AussieChroncommented7y ago
@stickymickey, No Overseas seed bank UK , I dont use Australian seed banks , They are always sold out and have a small collection of seeds , I dont mind risking customs

@Mrs_Larimar, Yes it has just begun for Us in Australia , Itsnot even fully spring and the weather is way too hot lol My UK cheese took off lol also got a gorilla glue that is going ok

Do you go for outdoor specific seeds ? , UK had extreme weather conditions this summer and I really struggled to keep heat down on my indoor grow , I think that may have had a small part in my plants herming. Good luck with yr grow n I think you should let plant grow n see what happens
