Stoked to be growing another high-impact and yummy strain kindly provided by @OriginalSensible 🙏 Welcome to my bucket of bubbles, Frosted Guava.
I had a heck of a time germinating seeds for this run, but was finally successful and got a bean to pop.
I soaked the seed overnight in distilled water and then put it between two pieces of wet paper towel the next day and placed the package inside a ziplock baggy. I put the baggy inside a folded towel and rested that on a germination mat heated to 75 degrees F in a darkened tent for the next 48 hours. Following this, I put the seed into a pete plug and set her in a germination tray. I transplanted the seedling to a net pot in a 5-gallon DWC bucket today, 7 days after the initial soak.

The Frosted Guava is doing fine.
I gave her a couple of light top feedings through the week and that was it for maintenance.
Roots have just started creeping through the net pot in the past 24-hours.

Terrible week for the Frosted Guava.
Something disagreed with her and her growth really stunted - cold temps? feed? PH imbalance? Anyway, she clammed right up with a couple of the lower leaves looking quite splotchy and her roots underdeveloped for this stage of the game.
I gave her a 24-hour flush and removed the lower leaves. She's looking slightly better than she did at her worst, but I may end up pulling her from the tent if she doesn't turn the corner soon.

Faced with eviction from the tent, the Frosted Guava has made a remarkable recovery.
She looks much healthier than she did a week a go and now seems to be thriving. Lot's of new, healthy root growth and leaves are much perkier.
I FIMed her a few days ago and will switch the lights in the tent to the flower cycle in the next few days.

The Frosted Guava is doing nicely and has fully recovered from whatever was plaguing her during her early days.
Switched the lights to 12/12 a few days ago and she got a rez change today with some flowering nutes added.

The Frosted Guava is looking really good. She's fully recovered from her earlier issues and is thriving.
She fed well through the week and she got a rez change today. I also raised her bucket to bring her canopy even with the Alien Moon Rocks growing next to her which is about 4" taller.

The Frosted Guava is looking good.
She's been eating and drinking well. She's getting about 1 - 1.5 litres of water with nutes daily. PH has been between 6.0 - 6.4 the past week and her EC has been around 1.1.
No detectable issues so far - she's looking strong and healthy!

The Frost Guava is looking very good.
She continues to feed well and her buds are developing nicely. She's pretty thick and she'll need some thinning out once the stretch is done. I've pruned a few lower branches but haven't cut too much out of her so far.
She got a rez change today and a slight increase in her nutes.

The Frosted Guava is growing well and starting to get frosty.
She's about done her stretch and is about 28" tall; 10" shorter than the Alien Moonrocks growing next to her.
I pruned a few branches this week and did some very light defoliation. Rez change today.

The Frost Guava is growing well but looks like she may be suffering from a calcium deficiency affecting several of the larger fan leaves near the top of the plant. For the most part, the plant looks pretty good otherwise.
I was planning to do some defoliation at this stage anyway, so I plucked most of the afflicted leaves and pruned a few branches to open things up a bit more as she's grown quite thick.
I'm giving her a 24-hour flush to reset things and I'll give her a feed with fresh water tomorrow.
Buds are swelling nicely and are frosty and sticky. Smell is akin to juicy fruit gum and shoe polish.
A couple of more weeks to go. Hopefully, smooth sailing ahead.

The Frosted Guava is growing well despite bearing the scars of the earlier suspected Calcium deficiency - I'm hoping things are now under control 🤞
Buds are swelling up really nicely and she has a strong, fruity smell when you rub against her. Also, sticky AF.
A few more weeks to go - can't wait to taste me some Frosted Guava 😀

Very near time to harvest the incredibly fruity smelling, Frosted Guava.
Buds are fat and tight with a good layer of trichs.
Rez change yesterday and a lighter feed. Water tops only from now on. Harvest within a week I think.

The Frosted Guava was a pretty successful grow and produced some impressive, fat, fruity-smelling buds.
She had some issues early on in the grow but bounced back like a champ. She also suffered a bit of a calcium deficiency early in flower but recovered from that and finished strong.
