Tester 2313 is back above ground and ready for another try at life! She's looking really good so far and growing daily! Below are days of activity from this week:

@Mckenna_Terence, she was a delight especially being pre cure. She was sweet with a hint of pine, I'm thinking that is because it hasn't cured yet. The smoke itself was smoother than i expected at this stage of the process.
