Done the typical germination that I'm used to.
1. Prepared the soil, and soaked it for 24 hours before planting the seeds into it. Placed in the Tent to get up to temp.
2. Seeds were placed in a glass of water prior to planting into the soil for approx. 18 hours.
3. Planted directly into soil with a little bit of Great White shark around the seed.
Seeds all popped up within 4 days after planting directly in the soil.
11/March - Watering for the first time, 1.5L with 0.25ml/l of Biobizz grow as I heard these babies are not fond of a lot of nitrogen. + added a sprinkle of Great White into the water
Nothing to report on yet... waiting for the soil to dry a bit more for the second watering.
19/March - Day 20 - Water 1.5L water each, with 0.5m/l biobizz grow at 6.6ph
28/March - Day 29 - Looking good! I think they are enjoying the low amount of N they are getting as they look decent, so this water was simply 1L of water each with 0.5ml/l Biobizz Grow and 0.20ml/l Calmag.
31/March - Day 32 - Did the same amount of water and nutes like few days ago, and tucked some of the big leaves to expose the new branches.
03/April - Day 35 - 1.5L each with 1ml/l Bio-grow and 0.1ml/l Bio-bloom with 0.25ml/l calmag.
This week they all started to flower and got a bit of a growth spurt finally, as they are very stumpy and short, which is sinonimous with other peoples experience.
06/April - Day 38 - 1L water each with 0.5ml/l bio-bloom, 0.25ml/l bio-grow and 0.25ml/l calmag. Got rid of some of the older leaves that were on the way out and opened up the canopy slightly, also applied slight LST on the main stem to open up the lower branches to light.
08/April - Day 40 - 1.5L water each with 1ml/l bio-bloom, 0.5ml/l bio-grow and 0.25ml/l calmag. A little more LST adjustment on the main stem and got rid a few more leaves, will probably do one more adjustment and then leave them be and go their thing.
12/April - Day 44 - Ugh, not going well with weather this time around, another late frosty spell meant temperatures are low and they are not drinking as much as they should. Either way, gave them 1 liter each with 1ml/l bio-grow, 2ml/l bio-bloom and 0.7ml/l calmag. Let's see how they react since they look a little hungry.
14/April - Day 44 - 1 liter each with 1ml/l bio-grow, 2ml/l bio-bloom, 2ml/l Top-max and 1ml/l Alg-a-mic. They look a little better from 2 days ago, hopefully this higher dose goes down well again.
16/April - Day 46 - Once again some nice growth and looking healthier. 1.2 liter each with 1ml/l bio-grow, 2ml/l bio-bloom, 2ml/l Top-max and 1ml/l Alg-a-mic and 0.5ml/l cal-mag.
Skipped last weeks diary as I was on holidays. The better half was watering the girls with nutes that I prepared, but I think I went a little heavy on the nutes as there was some nute burn. Gonna cut back this week and see how they respond. Over all though, they look pretty decent.
Especially intrigued how one of the girls is turning dark Purple, nearly black, color.
27/April - Day 57 - 1.75L each at 6.2 ph. No nutes, just a bit more water than usual to flush out some nutes.
01/May - Day 61 - 1.25L each at 6.0ph. 1ml/l bio-grow, 3ml/l bio-bloom, 1ml/l top-max, 0.4ml/l cal-mag and 1ml/l alg-a-mic
04/May - Day 64 - 1L each with 1ml/l bio-bloom, 1ml/l top-max and 1ml/l Alg-a-mic at 6.1ph. Continuing to adjust some light LST to bring down the tallest branch.
One of the plants certainly doesn't like too many nutrients, but the one going full purple is really loving everything I'm throwing at it! But this is why I went low on the nutrients this water.
07/May - Day 67 - 1.5L each at 6.5ph. 1ml/l bio-grow, 2ml/l bio-bloom, 1ml/l top-max and 1ml/l Alg-a-mic and 0.5ml/k calmag.
12/May - Day 72 - 2L each with 1ml/l Bio-bloom, 1ml/l top-max at 6.3ph. Took off a lot of dead leaves, as two girls are not having a great time. But the other two are going strong.
Nice looking young ladies right there🙏 I am just a few days behind you growing the same strain, let me know if you need anything I could help with. 💪 "PEACE"
