Transplanting from 1 gallon to 5 gallon. I’m trying to foliage spray every 2 nd day. I will moving the plants over to the bud room for one more week of veg under the Hlg 600 r spec. Finally finished work for the winter season and should have more time for the garden.
Gusher crasher = wedding crasher x gusher
Apple gusher = Apple fritter x gusher
Both strains from nasha genetics
So switched over to ghe nutes that I had left over. Moved out of the 3x4 veg tent to the 5x5 tent. Hung a 400 watt led up as well for a light extra heat. Going wait a big longer till I flip. Gusher crasher is 30” tall now.
So change a bit of stuff this week. First thing I did was bumped nutes up a bit as it show signs of ph issue or more nutes of calibration fluid so will work on that asap.
Used so yoyo’s to hold the main stock for a few days. Installed a net. Pulled a few big fan leafs for more light. Tried switching to 18/6 to test night temperatures and went down to 14 c so bumped up to 21/3 and doing ok with that. So just waiting for my lung room to be warm enough for the flip.
Still five ft snow bank at the end of my driveway and I found a lady bug in my tent hope it’s good luck and not a sign. I examined my leaves and found nothing.
Last week of veg this week flipping to flower tonight. Took a picture of my guard dog.
I’m glad to have finally flip to flower. I’ve added a uv led bar I’m pretty excited to try. Plants are happy and doing good. This next week will be the last week of foliage spraying.
Crasher gusher is one of my biggest plants in the garden not as filled out as the other ones and grows pretty vigorously. Fan leafs get huge on this plant.
Apple gusher is a nice filled out plant so far I would say it’s a med size strain
Did a defoliation before I feed them last night. That’s it for see you next week
So end of week 2 flo is done things looking good canopy height could be better. On the Apple. Crasher is a big plant that grows big huge fan leaves vigourously and stretches on it.
This was the last week spraying the canopy with optic foliar. And I’m now turning on my Hlg 30 uv supplement bar first time trying this
start off the 3rd week of 12/12 flower slowly adding the UVA in hourly increments as follows. Day 1 - 2 hrs., Day 2 - 3 hrs., Days 3,4 - 4 hrs., Day 5 - 5 hrs., Day 6 - 7 hrs., Day 7 - 9 hrs., Day 8 (thru harvest) - 12 hrs.
Well that’s it for this week cheers
Things went well this week. The crasher is doing really good. It grows the biggest fan leafs out of everything in the tent. One of the more crystallized plants in the with a sweet fruity smell to her. Crasher and gush are by far the two biggest plants in the tent. Nice size buds forming can’t wait for them to fill out.
As for the Apple gusher it’s doing great. It has a mild sour fruit smell not as much sugar on the leafs as the rest of the tent. but coming along nicely. Thinking about defoliation one more time middle and bottom are really thick and not a lot of light penetrating. Till next week.
Thinned out some fan leafs. Crasher is turning purple. The smell is just bouncing off this crasher but on the other hand Apple fritter is not putting a lot of smell to it.
Both plants are looking really good. Apple is smelling like a sweet sour smell and crasher has a fruity sweet smell. The crasher looks like it has the biggest nugs so far. Turning more purple and just brushing a branch stirs the smell and hand or arm just shines in tricoms no fading so far. Seen some amber that felt it was enough to start feeding crasher water now.
Apple is starting to chunk up nicely and leaves are curling over so much tricom. Hoping I can start feeding water next week or sooner. Be watching the tricoms now.
Things are looking really good.
Crasher is really turning purple now buds are getting fat real gassy smell coming off them right now. Tricoms have no amber but are very close to being cloudy. So shouldn’t be much longer.
Apple has so purple to it and buds are fatten up but look it they still need a bit longer . Smells amazing. Tricoms are stacking up thick but mostly clear still.
@DeepWaterGrower,yes you’re right there. But I was so tired a couple times instead of mixing nutes I just gave them some water. And it best thing to do at the time but didn’t help them overall. But not bad enough too not bounce back.
@Loadinglogs, as long as you give little you can always recover easily, despite an excess of nutrients can be difficult to recover. You're doing great!
