Week 6. Flowering

See multi strain diary for more info FBT2314 ended up slightly larger and stretched a little more then 2313. Flowers are developing nicely and some signs of deficiencies and possible light burn. Otherwise going pretty good. It's difficult to trim the back part of the grow tent so I am letting these ride and see what happens.

2314: This plant has developed nicely over the last week. There is more spacing along the branches and the bud sites have more room for air circulation. Lots of frost over calyx, sugar and fan leaves. Some light burn on leaves and a few signs of deficiencies. Lots of stored nutrients and close enough to the end that I will stay the course and see how this one finishes.

FBT2314 is another great plant. It was slightly later to start flowering and there is slightly better spacing along the colas compared to 2313. It stretched out a bit more and instead of producing tons of branches, this plant focused on fewer but is managing to push out super dense nugs along these branches. I have been reducing the nutrients and water for this and FBT2314 as they are starting to slow down a little. They will likely receive water only for the next two weeks as we end this grow off. The nute info will be added later

So we are now at the end of week 9 and Apricot auto has finally slowed down. I saw the last flush of pistils st the end of week 8 and start of week 9. I gave the last feeding at the end of week 8 and now this plant is on a fresh water diet. Super fat colas with very frosty buds. There is a good mix of amber and cloudy trichomes now, which will continue to ripen as we progress through week 10. Overall Apricot Auto responded well to training and my feeding regime throughout the grow. The plant has fewer branches then say 2311 and 2312 but makes up for this with fat buds from the tip of the cola to the bottom. No wonder this was released so early in 2023. Grats on this one FastBuds. This plant struggled a little with heat and light stress which you can see in the upper canopy. I have ceramic heat lamps in the tent to combat the freezing temps from the shed and unfortunately this plant took a little more exposure, which was compounded by the really powerful XS2000. I noticed leaf curling early on in veg and again in week 8 and 9.... I did my best to combat mother nature's freezing cold temps but alas, it was not a battle I won without some consessions.... I am okay with this.

This was an amazing plant that grew very well and responded well to my feeding regime and training. Lots of fat nugs along the colas. Very frosty.
