Those mites breed like crazy in dry environments. If you use a humidifier, it will help you maintain an ideal humidity level. Ventilation, buddy, ventilation. Make sure to circulate the air well in the room to avoid heat and humidity buildup. Open the windows, turn on a fan, whatever it takes to move the air. Don’t forget about cleaning.
