It's too small for Your 600w lamp and 4th week, mate. Think what's wrong with Your set up. Read about canna trainings (LST, HST, Defoliation, Topping). Mb that will help.

Been away from the site for a lil bit but have still been takin care of the plants. Watermelon plants drying atm didnt really have any expectations so the fact i even made it this far is great to me. Critical plant has been doing great. It smells great. And the growtg has been awesome to watch.
