Happy germination and transplant using Root Riot cubes. Strong looking little seedling however she doesn't look as girthy as the last two Dutch Passion grows at this stage but that could be strain rather than genetics.
She was looking a bit spindly to start compared to the two Dutch Passion grows previously but as soon as she had her big girl feed the response was quick and within a day or two with her main nutrient highway expanding nicely.
Coming along well, Internodal spacing is larger than expected but that's fine as topped and training started proper plus I run the filter externally so have plenty of headroom.
This girl has legs, bendy, stretchy, long ol' legs... Not a big drinker and prefers a lower humidity sitting around 52-54% @ 22-24c. Super talkative and responds well to commands, definitely not shy though in voicing an opinion to her environment.
Reacts dramatically when it gets a bit chilly, have I mentioned that some days she doesn't like it too humid or that other days she decides that she can now disappear 5lts of water over night. A proper little needy Nancy but loving her all the same...now she has stopped stretching!!
Letting some of the lower buds grow out a bit see how they do as all looking pretty uniform so far. If they start to really lag behind i'll just nip them off and feed them to next doors rabbit, again.
Just so damn big! I will wait until I have a bigger environment to grow this lady again as she deserves more space to spread, perfect for a SCROG set up.
Starting to look like a bag of cheesy dusting has been wafted around by unicorn farts on a barmy summers evening. Turned her around to slap her naughty side with equal and opposite neutrons or some shit like that. Boss
The red and purple hues on this girl are a sight to behold, as I upload this part of the grow diary I have already harvested her (stage 1), it was painful to do but I soon got over it! I've enjoyed the surprises she has thrown at me along the way, like growth rate, hight, her sensitivity to environment changes during veg but that was only due to not reading the smaller print and not doing a bit of genetics homework and more "I want to grow Blue Cheeses".. She's a proper smelly lady and I actually didn't like the scent (never thought I'd say) that she gave off when rubbing against the main stem and branches whilst LSTing. Conversely the flower was yummy, a piercing sweet blueberry note followed by the chonky cheese stink, a definite "Grow again Jane" so far and any I've not even smoked any yet!.
