JamesBarre Here are finally my new plants (2 Royal Runtz, 2 Fat Banana, 2 Northern Light, 1 Royal Haze as well as 3 seeds from my last harvest that have a chance of becoming hermaphrodite 😒) that are stretching and rooting day by day 👌👍😁

JamesBarre The seedlings continue their growth, the weather is cloudy. I can't wait for the sun to show up and for the temperatures to rise. 💦💦💦

JamesBarre On this April 2, 2023, there's still this cloudy cover and low temperatures (10°C during the day) for my plants, but despite that, they keep growing vigorously 💪 I hope this will allow them to have a long vegetative phase of 6 to 7 weeks, which may seem long for autoflowering, but ultimately gives a big yield 😁👌👍

JamesBarre Thanks to 3 or 4 days with a bit of sunshine 🌤️🌤️🌤️, some of my plants are still reaching 15cm 👍. I had to deal with an appearance of green aphids clinging to my first babies of spring 2023.

JamesBarre Last week of bad weather according to the forecast 🤞 despite a bit of slow growth 🌱 due to the low temperatures in spring. I just increased the amount of watering and I think that with 20L pots, it needs more water (1L per watering).

JamesBarre Hey growers 👍 right now the weather is very overcast except for the appearance of the sun ⛅⛈️⛅⛈️ it's humid and the temperatures are cool for the end of April. I started a LST on my three plants in the same pot to let the light in, I hope they'll appreciate it 😅

JamesBarre Another week in vegetation, I’ve started the LST and defoliated all my plants. The weather is still rainy and overcast. The temperatures aren't high for this early spring, but I have 4 plants that are growing better than the others. The reason is simple: the quality of the soil! I reused the soil from my previous grow to save some money 😔😒 and you can see which plant has new soil and which has reused soil. Despite that, I'm trying to enrich the soil with coffee grounds and ashes so that it can give its full potential once the sun and better temperatures come ☝️

JamesBarre Finally, the moment of flowering has arrived despite the still rainy and cloudy weather, with temperatures not exceeding 20°C during the day and nights sometimes dropping below 10°C. We can see the appearance of the first white pistils (female sex) on all the plants, even on the three from my last harvest, which are also females 😁. I also applied a bit of bondage on the side branches and readjusted my LST. 👌

JamesBarre Finally, we can clearly see that the 4 smallest plants (reused soil from several cold seasons, so low in organic matter) are clearly in flowering 👍 I relaxed the LST to let them express themselves freely 🙏 on one of the 3 seeds from my last harvest, I just started a fiming (I think it's a Cheese, either slow or photoperiodic 😅) So I'm going to repot these three plants currently in a 6-liter pot into a 13-liter pot, I hope that will help this "Cheese" since the other two are in flowering and doing well. The weather is still overcast this spring, so I'm spacing the waterings every 4 days and giving them about 1 liter each, but I'm not sure if that's enough.. 😔🤔

JamesBarre We're making progress in the stretch and flowering 😁 finally a bit of sunshine and a rise in temperatures! I removed all the huge leaves 🌿 to redirect the plant's energy towards the future buds, let the light through, and aerate the plants. All the plants are producing white pistils except the big one (maybe a cheese without the 3 unknowns) & my Northern Light 1, which I'm betting a lot on for my harvest (my favorite strain 😍❤️)

JamesBarre Hey cannabis growers 😁 with this rise in temperatures, my plants are doing really well, despite my 6-7 hours of direct sun exposure (east-south facing balcony 🤗) as long as it's growing, that's the most important thing. Flowering at their own pace, so let's let time and mother nature do their thing to reap the fruits of my efforts 👍👌

JamesBarre Hey cannabis growers 😁 so thanks to the weather this week with 27°C, my plants loved this global warming! 76cm for my tallest plant in my pot containing 3 plants (probably a cheese).

JamesBarre My plants had a good week 😁 soon the harvest for a fat Banana and a royal Runtz 🍌👑 just one more week (or more) and I'll make room for the F1 varieties from RQS.

JamesBarre The maturation of the plants is not complete (missing 2 weeks of flowering) but as mentioned earlier, I need space to start the new variety from Royal Queen Seeds 😅 see you after the drying in at least a week 👍👌

JamesBarre Thanks to the arrival of summer that delights our plants 😅 I'm definitely going to have a good harvest from the little Northern Light that's just right 😌 maybe my Royal Haze, which isn't doing much anymore, and the Runtz that also looks ready 😁 in any case, I'll surely have plenty to keep me busy with trimming in the coming days. And the three unknowns finally identified as Royal Cheese are stunning!!

JamesBarre The buds aren't huge, probably due to the LST that feeds each branch evenly. Still that tangy candy and floral taste characteristic of its Skitezzl parent.

JamesBarre So for these last few days of flowering, I've decided to gradually harvest the buds that are ready while letting the other buds finish up nicely. So I have some buds drying 😋 and I can't wait because my first harvest is almost done 😅
