Been slow growing so far. The seed is two years old, and going straight into a extra rich Fox Farm Ocean Forest mix didn’t help matters. Thankfully, after an extra several days, she pulled through just fine!
Finally got everything dialed it, and started the mainline process. First of three toppings I’ll be doing on this plant. Going for a short, 8 cola plant!
The little lady had one busy week! •Transplanted into 7 gal fabric pot.
•Topped a second time.
•Added ring and tied down both tops
•Removed extra nodes
Continuing on with the mainline it has been topped it’s third and final time! Just more training horizontal! Hopefully be ready to flip to flower in two weeks!!
Week 6 is in the books!! Recovered well from the third topping. Just letting them grow apart some before flipping to flower, hopefully in just another week!
Finally here!! The last week of veg. All 8 mains are nicely spaced and she’s recovered for 12 days since I last topped her. Next week will be the first in flower!
So far, minus the slow start, she’s been fantastic! Takes all the topping and training I can throw at her and just loves it! Decided to keep her short just to see what it could possibly yield. Needed it to be done in two months so I could start my next grow come Jan 1st.
Harvest time is almost here!! Really nice, solid colas and she brought out some color for me! Looks to be about the same amount on each one! Definitely going to be doing another mainline grow with multiple plants soon!
This pheno had a earthy, sweet, chocolate aroma and a sweet fruity almost diesel like taste! If you want to completely relax and possibly take a nap 😂 this is a fantastic choice!
Each cola did just around 7 grams each. 2 oz from a foot tall plant is pretty good. Next time I will let them grow vertical more since I have the height. Just wanted to see what was possible. Could’ve easily done this in a 4’ tall tent.
