Germination

My first indoor grow. The caramel cream had the seed stuck to the catyledons from not being planted deep enough and it stretched before I could get the seed off. I’ve got the air circulating to strengthen the stems and I’ll plant that one a little deeper when I transplant.

Lights been at 18” and 40% power until today I turned it up to 50% and reading 350 PAR at plant level. The caramel cream was toppled over this morning so I put some more soil in the cup to support it.

The caramel cream stretched. Any advice for helping it recover and grow strong?

The plant stretches towards the light so try moving your light closer. But that's mostly a fix for future grows, for now I recommend adding some silica in your nutrients (like Advanced Nutrients Rhino Skin) so you give the stem strength

I want to start a solution that contains liquid kelp, molasses, fish hydrolysate and mychorrhizae. Can I store this solution in a bottle without aeration? And is this good for seedlings?

I wouldn't suggest pre-mixing your liquid feeds. Most of them become unstable once they've left the bottle and almost every nutrient I've ever seen states to use any mixed solution within 24-72 hours. If you use powdered nutrients on the other hand, you can pre-mix months in advance, so long as you store everything correctly (cool and dry).

They might be a little over watered right now I’m going to let them dry out a little before next watering. Also starting to feed liquid kelp and molasses aerated with a little compost for 24 hrs. Soil is buildasoil light recipe.

I would a little disagree with remove in them what I would do right now is top the plant let the 2 side you want to take of build another node top that let them grow past another node then top everything now you will make the plant wider than taller this way let it grow few weeks after that bloom it you will not even need scrub net etc and also you will have much bigger yield

big fan of removing bottom two axillary buds. like someonen else said, i wouldn't remove the single-blade leaves... until they are likely sucked down and just about shed by the plant on its own. Anything below a 90-degree bend should be removed, if you LST like that.

Day 23 I tied the main stem down to grow them toward the center of the light and allow more light to the lower branches. I plan on continuing to tie the leading growth down until I hopefully get an even canopy without topping. Then on day 28 (today) I removed a fan leaf to give the bottom most branches a chance. I considered just pruning off the lower branch but I want to give them a chance to grow.
